Lovely rooms

Clean, spacious, quiet location. 10 mins to Innsbruck centre. 5 mins to the ski bus and DeBorse ski hire shop. Small kitchen was very useful.

New renovated - Modern and practical

Clean and fresh. Had missed contact lenses in cleaning otherwise good. So nice with ac when its over 30 celcius. Walk outside and follow that street and you are in oldtown on 10 min. Central station is also close

Urban Inn is a self check-in gem for groups or families!! Massive spaces and plenty of room for 4 people. Kitchenette is a bonus in Europe and was very much welcomed. Very clean and well equipped with everything needed. Busy street late at night it seems, but we were too tired to care 😄

The place was clean and central. It had a kitchenette and a small fridge. The only thing that was a little bit problematic was the parking on the street. You need to come back every 1.5 hours until 9pm to add more parking time.

Clean, comfortable apartment in nice area

Clean, modern, room in a nice area, a few minutes walk from the station. The studio apartment was perfect for 3 nights in Innsbruck, however any longer might have been a bit cramped for a family of four. It's above a bar which we hadn't realised.The noise wasn't especially loud and didn't really bother us,but it was a little smokey at times. Communication wasn't great at first trying to find out the process for accessing the apartment, but we eventually got it sorted before we arrived. Overall I would happily stay again for a short family break.

Cute sted til få overnatninger

Fint sted, tæt på banegården og hyggelig lille plads med caféer foran. Nemt at gå ind til bymidte. God plads på værelset. Dog lugt af kloak på badeværelset.

Innsbruck - del av semester

Trevligt hotel, välrenommerat i gammalt, charmigt hus. Vi hade 2rum då vi var 2 familjer. När vi öppnade emellan rummen så blir kommer röken från uteserveringen upp i rummen, men branddörr emellan gick att stänga så det löste sig ändå. Tyst hotell med bra gångavstånd till centrum

Comfy, with some caveats

Check in was easy, the room was quiet and cute, and the bed was very comfy. I tried to reach out to them during my stay, and my emails went unanswered, so if you need something during your stay, it may be harder. Also, the property didn't have an elevator, and my partner hurt his back carrying luggage down the stairs, so just be aware when you book it that there is no elevator. Also, the hallway outside our unit smelled very strongly of smoke. I was concerned our room would smell and it had been listed as non-smoking, but the room smelled fine. But note the hallway really smelled of smoke.

Bra läge i stan, men dock långt till parkering. Inget att rekommendera om man är handikappad då det var fullt med trappor och trösklar. Men väldigt mysigt hus och fräscha rum/lägenheter. Lite märkligt bara med olika rum för toalett och dusch. Ingen personal på plats men allt var välordnat och förberett.

Urban Inn is a gem. Everything is super styley, clean, and thought-through. The location is perfect—within a couple of minute walk from two grocery stores (one of which closes 7:30pm so make sure you check). The iron is available to borrow downstairs in the luggage room. The AC works great just make sure you keep the door between the front room and the living room open as it is located in the front room. Fantastic place!

Just ok

Good idea but poorly executed. The room had been renovated and had a small kitchenette with the essentials to cook if you wanted. We only stayed a night so didn’t take advantage of that. Floors had definitely not been cleaned in a bit and had food crumbs and hair that were noticeable. The shower pan was not level so the water had a tendency to flow out the shower door.
