Unfortunately this property does not care about loud leaf blowers disturbing people trying to enjoy a cup of coffee on the patio, hear the ocean, waterfalls and birds. Every morning before 9:00 am, multiple leaf blowers disturbed the peace.

To cookie cutter. Room not ready till 3:45. Communication re the room was like I was asking for the code to Neuclear weapons. No flexibility on check out even if I was staying for less than 24 hrs and of course the hard sell on vacation package. Will never return.

The villa was very clean and well kept. Plenty of supplies and lots of storage. However, my issues pertain to communication and construction. Construction was underway in the parking lot severely limiting parking options. I would also mention that the lots are narrow so proceed with caution. The fire alarm went off one afternoon while I was napping. After exiting, a construction worker told us it was a "test only" alarm. This is a time share or owners property. We were called multiple times to take advantage of a special deal and take the tour. We asked to discontinue these calls as we had just returned from a funeral and needed to rest. The calls are annoying and would prevent me from using this property again.

I love the Monarch, arguably one of the best available anywhere on the island. Can get quite pricey during the peak season. I was here with my mom and rented a 2 bedroom Oceanside unit. Beautiful and well-maintained.

Great experience at sea pines! Clean, well equipped condo. Book reservations well in advance to your stay to local restaurants because staffing is limited on the island.

What I liked about the property is that it was on the beach as promised. However waiting from 3:30 pm to 4 pm to check in was extremely inconvenient considering we traveled 13 hours to get there. I felt we didn’t receive the same treatment as a Bonvoy member. As an Expedia customer I got the shaft treatment all the way down to getting a knock at the door at 9:30 am reminding me of our 10’ clock check out. Housekeepers watched closely with a hawk eye we checked out exactly at 10am. Also we were reminded several times upon check in that we can do our own laundry including the hotel towels. As that’s more convenient for the hotel and not the guest go figure. Price was extremely overpriced as the property had limited activities. If your a Non- smoker be aware the have smoking designated right on the private beach path in a gazebo that had no shortage of smokers! Front desk staff Paige was courteous, however it could have been better if we weren’t delayed upon arrival. Good luck with parking as it’s tight and cramped with barely any available spaces. Overall rent privately as you may get more for your money.
