Very good stay. Location couldn’t have been better. Very close to the tube and shops/restaurants. Large studio was bigger than I expected from the photos, well equipped and kept scrupulously clean by housekeeping. Every single staff member that I met was pleasant and helpful. Had a small plumbing issue which was immediately dealt with. Will be back on my next visit to London.

The fridge didn’t get very cold. There were no instructions on how to work the appliances. It looked like a queen sized bed but it was 2 twins put together with one sheet. Very uncomfortable. There was construction going on right outside my window. Did they really have to put me in the room with construction going on all day literally right outside my window? There was a connecting door with the flat next door which was locked. I could, however, hear conversations in the other unit perfectly especially when the resident made speaker phone calls late at night.

Loved the location of this place - so convenient, a block and a half away from Gloucester station and walking distance from Natural history museum. Staff were accommodating and friendly. Room was spacious and clean. Definitely staying here again next time I’m back in London.

Great location and good price for a London hotel - but the place needs some TLC (particularly the entrance off the street), and the incredibly slow 3-person lift (just the one) is a joke: you would have to be really good friends to pack 3 people in it without inviting assault charges.

The staff are outstanding. The decor is a little tired (but clean) and could use a refresh. The kitchen is great (nice that there is a grocery store close by) but the bathroom could do with more shelf space. Very handy to the Tube. Would recommend this property.

The location is fantastic. Helpful and friendly front desk staff. Apartment was very basic and tired. Elevator was broken for three days and we were on the 5th floor!

What's Not To Like?

The location of the Harrington is spot on.Two minutes to Gloucester tube station which include the Piccadilly line from Heathrow, as well as, the Circle and District lines which gets you all over London. Pubs serving full English breakfast close by especially one where the cost is only 7.99 GBP. Tesco is a minute away and can provide you any food items needed. Our room at The Harrington pretty much had a full kitchen so you could take full advantage of Tesco. Room was spacious. One or two minor issues surfaced and staff immediately addressed them. I have stayed in London 6 or 7 times and this is my favorite place to stay.

This was my 2nd time staying at the Harrington. Had a great one bedroom apartment with all amenities needed. It is close to many attractions and restaurants.

Nice hotel in a very good area.

The location was excellent and about 2 minutes from the tube. Many local shops/cafes/restaurants in the area. A very safe and interesting neighbourhood to walk around. We purchased the 3 day London Pass and an Oyster card for transit. We enjoyed the Hop on Bus for one day and then began using the tube. An incredible transit system (possibly the best in the world) to get around the city and very reasonable. Everyone was friendly and helpful if we asked for directions etc. We enjoyed Half a Six Pence at the Noel Coward Theatre. Buckingham Palace was a delight to experience but was in addition to the London Pass. London is an incredible place to visit with so much history. Thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience over 5 days.

Great hotel/apt perfect London Location

We wanted an apt style hotel (bedroom with separate sitting room and kitchen) in a central location. We found it at the Harrington. The room was quiet, clean and perfectly located near the Glouchester tube stop and surrounded by wonderful South Kensington neighbourhood. Close to cafes etc. A perfect location. Would highly recommend.

Excellent Location

Very, very close to Gloucester Rd tube station. Tesco is across the street from the tube station and convenient to pickup up any food items. Will definitely stay here again.
