Impossible to communicate with. Had people several times knock on my door to ask if I was the front desk or reception. Don’t kid yourself this is barely a 2 person room. The sofa bed is not fit to sleep on! Internet not working for days, had work to do. Needed towels and sheets, couldn’t provide in any amount of time, same thing with toilet paper and paper towel. Wouldn’t go again for the money

Great location, easily walkable to shopping, restaurants, and beach. Good size accommodations, looking a little worn and could use a new coat of paint and maintenance. Lovely pool and outside areas. Staff friendly and helpful.

The location was perfect Walking distance from the convention center where we needed to be . Lots of shopping and restaurants in location. Although sometimes noisy at night I won’t complain. Communication was great 👍

I loved this property. Checking was easy, communication not so much. Definitely needs a few upgrades as i had problems with the bedroom door as well as the exterior door. Could definitely use a large pan and large pot as the small ones provided made cooking very limited. I would definitely return!!

Property is pretty well maintained, clean and quiet. Rooms are spacious. Layout of the units is a bit confusing but staff is helpful and responsive when called for assistance. toiletries provided could’ve been better quality

We had a great time hanging at the pool chilaxn as much as we did exploring the area by foot and transportation. Pharmacy, groceries, shopping, ice cream, and coffee all close by.

Excellent location for shopping and dining, however it’s not a walking distance to the beach. If you want to spend the day at the beach prepare to pay for parking, chairs and an umbrella if you don’t bring your own. The apartment was clean and tastefully decorated. Kitchen has a bare minimum of utensils, pots, pans and dishes, not enough for someone who is planning to cook their meals. I had to be creative with how to squeeze garlic without garlic press and cut a pineapple without a cutting board. We got by, and would have been very happy with our stay if we haven’t received a message on our last day asking us to wash the dishes and take out the garbage. What a great way to finish a vacation! Drive around the town with garbage in your car looking for a dump. That is if you have a car, otherwise gotta do it by Uber

The pool was clean, with tables and chairs around it. Room had hot plate, fridge, microwave, dishes, pots and pans, cutlery, etc. Buses to beach close by. Large shopping area within walking distance. TV had CBC!

Ideally situated for us, easy walking to pubs, restaurants, groceries, beer, and even some tourist areas.. Free city transit just down the street. Not much shopping nearby. A worthwhile hotel choice for a reasonable price. A bit noisy with college kids, but not too bad.

We did not get the apartment we expected.it was completely different. It was missing kitchen stuff, unfinished windows very dirty, unable to open any window, no outdoor place to sit ,apartment was upstairs 16 steps, we are unable to walk up . Needed help.. lost power. Box was hidden behind a picture ! Had to ask for things . TV situation was foreign to us ! Basically a nightmare! The pool was nice & warm

Nice older hotel, just the right size so it is not busy, intersection on the corner is kinda busy/noisey. Nice pool, good for small families, lots of restaurants close by and a few grocery stores. Small hiccup checking in but they fixed things up for me within 30 minutes or so.

Great little place

These were nice little units that had everything we needed for our short stay before a cruise. Having a little kitchenette was helpful especially since there are 2 grocery stores blocks away. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was nice. It looked like our unit had been recently renovated. The air conditioning worked well and it wa# nice to sit out in the patio with a drink (we were entertained by the iguanas). We did not use the pool but it looked very clean and well upkept. Casa Cordova is well located - not far from either the airport or cruise port and surrounded by a lot of good restaurants and variety of stores. Would definitely recommend and stay again.
