At The Caravelle Resort, hit the beach, dine on-site at the restaurant or enjoy a drink at one of the aparthotel's 2 bars/lounges. Each apartment provides a fridge and a microwave, plus free WiFi and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. A balcony, a coffee/tea maker and a hairdryer are among the other amenities available to guests.
The Caravelle Resort offers 620 air-conditioned accommodations, which are accessible via exterior corridors, and features laptop-compatible safes and coffee/tea makers. Rooms open to balconies. We enjoyed the room as itself from the decorations to the way the resort looks as a whole. Parking is tuff in the garage once they are full but with so many people I can understand it. The beds were small compared to our normal expectations but they were comfortable.

Would definitely pick a different hotel to stay at. Had issues with the water in the shower, they sent maintenance in after 10pm to try to look at it and “fix” it and was in and out the room for a good 30-45 minutes

Check in was super slow, had to pay $24 for the weekend for parking and the parking garage was so small. It was difficult to navigate and I ended up messing up the front of my car. The room smelled musty and old. No maid service showed up for fresh towels or to empty trash.

Upon check in we did not get the room that we booked. The room they assigned us was in a building that should be condemned. The room was filthy and smelled like an old fish tank. The carpet was frayed, furniture was dirty. We went back to the desk and said we are not staying there. They did upgrade the room into a different building which was nice but the AC did not work.

There are amenities offered that are at a completely different property. The photos on tue site of of the property with the amenities. The pool advertised was closed and the concierge was very rude saying that they manage 9 properties and no one told yhem the pool was clised even though there was a large red and white sign on the gate that said it had been closed since November. Then when we wanted to check out to find a hotel with the amenities they promised and didnt deliver on it took 2 hours on the phone with expedia and they wouldnt even work with expedia to refund the miney. Expedia did exemplary in finding another accommodation and it was perfect.
