Great place to stay !

Excellent place to stay, very clean and very modern. The gym is super well equipped, and the swimming pool on the top of the building is great during a sunny day. It is well located with grocery shops and restaurants nearby. I will definitely come back for another trip !

Fabulous small private apartments. Very modern with comfortable bed, superb shower and good storage room. Also a small kitchen which was great for any snacks. The location was great, 7 minutes walk to the metro, plenty if nearby food and drink options and 20 minutes to the heart of lovely Vila Madalena

Great place in a very central and accessible area of SP. Subway half a block away, pharmacy, supermarket and shopping mall in 10 mins or less. Very convenient, safe, clean and quiet. Swimming pool, minimart and gym clean and well maintained. Will come back for sure.

Foi a primeira vez que fiquei em um living e não em um hotel. Achei uma boa experiencia, e provavelmente repetirei a experiencia. O lugar tem uma decoração bonita, nova, o serviço de limpeza achei que pode melhorar, mas os demais quesitos, achei que vale a pena.

O apartamento é bacana apesar de bem compacto. Só fui surpreendido pela falta de estacionamento no local. Existe estacionamento mas as 15h já estava lotado e tive que procurar um local na rua. Roupa de cama de qualidade e bem cheirosa mas a qualidade da roupa de banho poderia ser melhor. O exaustor do banheiro era bem barulhento, chegava a incomodar quando estava ligado.

Foi uma ótima estadia, quarto amplo e confortável, ótimas condições de limpeza, recomendo bastante. Pontos a melhorar: achei o corredor escuro, pois só existem luzes pequenas acima de cada porta, precisei usar a lanterna do meu celular. Além disso, só soube quando cheguei ao hotel que o café da manhã é servido de terça a sábado, sendo que me hospedei domingo e segunda, então acabou atrapalhando um pouco meus planos. Minha viagem foi curta, não consegui explorar todos os ambientes ofertados. No mais, recomendo para estadias tanto curtas quanto longas.

Confesso que gostei muito da decoração no quarto, do banheiro, da recepcão, paisagismo das mesas no café da manhã e localização. Tudo de muito bom gosto. Apenas a garagem é bem compacta, por isso conta com serviço de manobrista, que funciona muito bem. Voltarei a me hospedar com absoluta certeza.
