Spend the day relaxing on the beach or at a complimentary water park before returning for a meal at one of Landmark Resort's 2 restaurants. Each apartment provides a fridge and a microwave, plus free WiFi and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. Beaucoup de piscines et directement sur la plage

Belle vue sur la mer. Plusieurs piscines et spas intérieurs et extérieurs. Glissades d'eau inclus. Stationnement de l'autre côté de la rue. Porte-bagage à roulette introuvable !!!! Personnel du soir riait de nous car nous transportions tous ns bagages à la main, aucune aide de leur part. Déjeuner sur place correct $. Bar sur place $.

The staff at the resort are gems! That is the only good thing! The entire location smells like cannabis! The rooms are filthy and sooooo old the beds are broken. The walls in the hallway are disgusting! Every inch of the place smells of mold. We were booked for 9 days but only lasted 9 hours!!! Stay away! This monstrosity of a location should be shut down as a health and safety hazard!

I was disappointed when we were told there were water slides and we get there and there are none. Lady at front desk wouldnt give us a printed receipt. When we checked in we were not told any info on hotel. Like pool hours activities etc.

Depends what you are looking for

we had a great 2 week vacation. We love MB. the staff at Landmark were friendly and helpful. it was clean. it is a bit tired and needs some TLC. we booked a room with a courtyard view. there is no courtyard view just the roof and the glass roof of the swimming pool. there was a lot of noise from the pool. Generally if you needed anything it was dealt with quickly. We were on the 11th floor where the ice machine had been removed. the machines on the 10th and 12th floors were not working for the 2 weeks we were there. Most parking is across the street/multi level. There is 15 min parking to load and unload but a lot of vehicles parked overnight. There is also parking to the side of the resort. We caught some of the reading week/spring break crowd so there was some late night noise and a couple of fire alarms set off in the middle of the night.

Sure we went in the winter time and yeah, Water part was close, of course it would be. When we arrived in the room the unit was not well-maintained. There was a door knob that came off in the bedroom door separating from the kitchen. The toilets are directly in front of the kitchen stove. One bathroom did not work. The toilet had no water in the tank to flush, putting the out of commission, and the remote did not work to the TV on one of them. There was not enough linen in the room other than that the pool area was ok, the attendant that was there was friendly.

A Descent place to Stay

The place is outdated and in need of Repair, the Staff was Great. The Room was very comfy and Ocean front was a Fantastic View of the ocean.
