This is the place in Vail

Room was comfortable and clean, well heated. Shuttle service to Vail was frequent and well done. Hot tub was great after a day on the slopes. Staff was helpful.

Communication between staff not up to par.

Between booking a one bedroom suite and our departure date I broke my leg and became wheelchair bound. The only first floor rooms are two bedroom so I booked one for an additional $140.00. Upon check in I was told I would be in a room on the second floor with no elevator. Poor attention to detail between the staff members involved. Upon explanation of the situation it was corrected but it should never have happened. Everything else was OK.

Ski week (3 guys in early 60's)

Eagle Point Resort turned out to be good value for money when compared to other resorts in the Vail area. Front desk service was professional and very friendly. Our 1 BR condo was clean, comfortable and handy to an outdoor hot tub (on the second floor). Shuttle service was prompt and convenient, only 5 minutes from Lionshead base at Vail. Overall, these 3 retirees from Eastern Canada (Montreal & Fredericton) had a very pleasant experience at this resort. Off course, the powdery ski condition all week didn't hurt, as well!

Good value

Good quality for price that was reasonable for area. Condo has been updated although not luxurious, but was very clean and well -equipped. Hotel had no elevator which is lacking. Location was good with free shuttle to Vail ski resort. Hotel provided free movies and games, had 2 whirlpool and a small heated outdoor pool.

Our room was extremely clean and beyond comfortable. Was able to stream all premium platforms and nice TV’s in family/dining room and bedroom. Our room was very quiet and was allowed early check in which was quick. It was the middle of winter and had gotten a foot plus snow in the previous 2days and snow removal was as good as it could be with the circumstances. Would stay here again and recommend to anyone

Our unit was very nice, clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The description of property on expedia stated that the lift was an 8 minute walk from the property. This is absolutely not true. The lifts are not walkable. Additionally, the shuttle bus is not offered past 5 pm so if you want to go back into town for dinner or shopping you must take another form of transportation. Approx 2 weeks prior to check in the property sends out an email informing me of limited transportation. The email is clearly from 2021 (covid time) - they need to put in some effort in email updates. Also, in general the common areas could be a bit cleaner - it just looks tired.

The shuttle to skiing was timely and excellent. The kitchen was clean but bring your iwn spices. Alrhough we found the hot tub at a good temperature, we could not get the jets to turn on and never could figure it out. We will stay here again.

This place was decrepit, old and outdated. There is no decor on the walls, the furniture is old and peeling, the TV remotes didn’t work. There are holes in the ceiling randomly, paint was messy, windows didn’t work. The staff asked me if I was staying there when I walked in and I said “yes, why?” And he said “a lot of people sneak into our hotel” which was not comforting. This was a motel and low quality at that. Far overpriced. Would never stay again or recommend it. I was too scared to complain to staff and expect a refund. I have photos to prove all of this.

Nice place with Shuttle to Lionshead

The property is a bit older and not that modern but very nice and people are friendly and helpful. There is an indoor and outdoor hot tub, and pool that is both indoor and outdoor with a garage door type closure that makes it indoor / outdoor side of the pool. Their shuttle will drop you off in Lionshead village in Vail, and pick you up when you are done skiing for the day so you don't have to pay to park. The unit was nicely decorated, had the minimum items in the kitchen to be able to do some light cooking and eating in house, and the bathroom was spacious in the 1 bedroom unit. Parking is tight when it's full, at 1 car per unit, but I was on an off week and no issues on parking. Overall a great place to stay a little way from Vail Ski Resort with a shuttle that will drop you off there.

This unit is essentially a one bedroom condominium with a fully equipped kitchen, living area, and dining area. The bedroom has a king size bed, and the bathroom is equipped as one would expect. The square footage for the price considering this location right in Vail made this an excellent value. The two things that disappoint me regarding the property are the fact that it is feeling a little tired and smells a bit moldy inside and also the exterior window, for the living room is tucked back in a dark corridor, so there is very little of any natural light that enters. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was fully equipped, and everything worked perfectly. When I first arrived, there was not an available parking spot due to sloppy parking by other guests. Spots did open up though and I was able to park in the lot for the nights that I was there.
