There is a nice park on the River Seine which is a 10 minute walk away. The train, metro and bus stations are around 10 minutes away - Porte de Saint-Cloud and Issy Val de Seine (RER train and bus). Very close to the PSG football stadium and not too far from Roland Garros (tennis).

Overall Mercure hotel is a safe and sound place. Staff are nice. However, bathrooms need more attention. Bottled water would have been nice. There’s a water fountain for you to fill your own bottles but that’s on the ground floor near the lifts. Local dining places are walking distance. Uber drivers turn up pretty quick. 30 mins from Gare du Nord station. 7 mins drive to Eiffel Tower.

Ok stay

Location is nice, but the “Aparthotel” is not serviced properly. We had a 4 night stay and only received one dishwashing pod. Had to buy a 20 pack for €6 from the store which was unnecessary. Staff of the hotel reception was friendly and helpful.

Old and unconfortable

We had to change rooms because of the smell of cigarettes. The service was efficient and nice but the rooms and bedding are old and uncomfortable. The heater did not work, and we were freezing. We had to ask for an extra blanket and had to wait 2 hours to get one for 3 beds

Terrible experience. Absolutely not worth the price. This hotel is completely mismanaged. Despite the apartments still being under renovation, the hotel continued to accommodate guests anyway, which is utterly unacceptable. Almost every single morning, we were woken up by extremely loud construction noise — drilling, hammering, and constant banging. The hotel showed zero respect for guests’ right to rest. I lost count of how many times my sleep was disturbed. As a result, there was essentially no “stay experience” at all. If a hotel is not ready, it should not be open. Conducting renovations early in the morning while guests are sleeping reflects a total lack of basic sense and responsibility. The situation is made even worse by the housekeeping team, which operates with shockingly low professional standards. Staff randomly moved our personal belongings during cleaning without any explanation, creating serious discomfort and concern. On one occasion, they even opened the window in my room without permission, showing complete disregard for guest safety and privacy. To make matters worse, after housekeeping, our room key cards were repeatedly removed, forcing us to go down to reception over and over again just to get new ones. This was extremely inconvenient, time‑wasting, and disruptive to our schedule. Overall, the quality of service is nowhere near justified by the high price charged. The so‑called “service” is practically nonexistent.
