The hotel was easy to access, quaint and well kept. The staff working were helpful! Each morning we received a full breakfast with coffee/juice. We are a family of 4 and started our Japan trip off here.... it will be hard to beat!

Quiet small hotel with spacious room. Walking distance to station and food options. Staff were very kind and helpful. I did find it difficult to speak to someone about a question I had prior to checking in. But overall it was a lovely experience staying here.

Hotel en tout point parfait

Nous avons séjourné 5 nuits. Nous étions 3 (2 adulte et 1 ado). Bon emplacement pour visiter Tokyo. À 5 minutes de marche de la gare de Ryogogu. Il y a des épiceries et resto s très bons et abordables à proximité. Il ne s'agit pas d'un très gros hotel. Il y a environ 20 chambres. La chambre était super fonctionnelle et très fidèle aux photos fournis sur le site web de l'hotel. Les lits étaient très confortable. La douche merveilleuse Une mini cuisine suffisamment équipée (frigo, congélateur, micro-onde) nous permettait de prendre nos déjeuners et rechauffer des repas préparé dans la chambre. Une laveuse/sécheuse est mise à la disposition des clients et ce gratuitement (pas besoin d'apporter de savon) Je recommande fortement

The rooms are small but beautifully designed. Trains, grocery store and restaurants is very close to the hotel. Bottom line this hotel is really good for me and might come back when we visited Tokyo Japan again.

Overall stay was significantly for a family but the air condition is not working well when the temperature is very high on the day the room is hot. The room cleanings is not that good there had some kind of juice smudges on the bed board and the sofa bed have so many smudges on the surface. And the washing machine is useless better than nothing the main point is the whole building only 1 washing machine. The customer service is very significant.

Das Hotel ist nur 6 Gehminuten von Ryogoku Station entfernt. Es liegt an einer ruhigen Strasse. Unser Zimmer hatte leider keinen Kleiderschrank. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

This property was extremely small. Would not recommend for parties bigger than 3. If you prefer staying away from the hustle and bustle of the city, this is a good location. They also did offer free laundry, but they only have 1 machine for the entire building.

酒店唯一好是裝修新的，但係相對這樣的價錢性價比非常低，基本沐浴後的潤膚霜都冇還收我五星級酒店價錢。 我住的是頂層天台房間，第一天大概晚上七時到他們說天台沒有開因為落雨但是這天整個東京是沒有落雨的很明顯他們不願意開就算落雨天台是我價錢範圍包的所以與天氣是沒關係只是找藉口。

Enjoyable and very good utilisation of space within the room so it didn't feel cramp. It is a bit further from the city centre but relatively accessible via the trains/metro.

寒くなる前に屋上で家族と遊ぶためにチェックイン時間に到着した。清掃中で少し待った。しかし、対応してくれたお姉さまが、貸出ゲームを選ばせてくれたり、屋上の説明をしてくれたり、待ち時間は苦痛ではなかった。
