While this is a very nice property, unfortunately the walls between the units seem to be paper thin. You can easily hear normal conversations from the unit next door.

In general, the property was great. However, our experience was tempered by miscommunication on the unit we were provided. According to the property operator this was an Expedia issue. We have to agree as both the pictures and text described a better offering that we received. Our disappointment was compounded by the rude and ineffective personnel on Expedia's chat line. Conclusion - beautiful property but need a better on line agency.

Our stay at Marriott’s shadow ridge was incredible. We stayed for 4 nights and the service we received from check-in to check-out was above and beyond. Bartenders Guillermo and Stefanie at the snake bites pool and bar always remembered our names and made us feel so welcome. The check-in staff upgraded our room to be right by the pool without us even having to ask. The rooms were extremely clean and the resort grounds were very well kept. Finally, we had left our laptop in the room after checking out and the staff offered to drive it to the airport so that we wouldn’t miss our flight. Will definitely return!
