Pictures of this property are so deceiving. Hotel is pet friendly in ALL rooms. There were fleas that bit one of my kids and roaches in rooms. Carpets are filthy, shower curtain was being held by piece of wood. Hotel did not want to do anything about the situation even though we notified them of the incident with in 10min of checking in. Said they could not refund us and there was no supervisor we could talk to.

I drove in to meet my sister for a little weekend getaway. We were so excited to sit by the pool in the beautiful weather and catch up. Imagine our disappointment when we were told the pool was closed by the HEALTH DEPT. and once we took a peek around, I can see why. I wanted to speak with a manager but allegedly no one was available. I tried calling hotels dot com and all I got was an AI bot. This hotel was so filthy. The carpet is ripped up and a fall hazard in the halls. I saw a baby roach in the life machine but didn’t have my phone to take a pic. Huge stains on the carpet in the room. I have multiple pics and it was just a horrible experience.

Had to book tue agent and wrong date was reserved , had to pay again on check in ,could not get refund for wrong date book by agent. If that is how that motel operates I will make sure is is not book with by any of us in our company.

Will not stay here again

Dirty, stained, walls, moldy smell. Property needs lots of repairs & updates. Dirty towels. Hotel is understaffed. Breakfast items ran out pretty quickly ( juice, waffle mix, milk, coffee, eggs, & potatoes). Only one employee working at the breakfast station was not enough. Hotel has many negative reviews on other travel sites, which we didn’t see in hotels.com. Unfortunately, we didn’t compared reviews on other sites prior to arrival.

Definitely not somewhere you want to stay because you're looking for greaf amenities or a nice hotel. In a pinch, this location helped my family out. It was only for 1 night. It's dirty, it smells bad, and nothing about the property is comforting. I would not recommend.

The room smelled like cat pee. They had a water leak and the water was turned off without any notification. When we called to see what was wrong were advised that it would be off for 7 hours. We moved to another hotel at midnight.
