We stay here several times per year when in Houston to visit the grandkids. It’s quiet, the beds comfortable, and the breakfast is always hot and plentiful.

The rug was very dirty and worn in the room. The breakfast was out of juice, there was roasted potatoes and pork patty but no eggs. The toilet is extremely low to floor, I discovered the freckles on my knees.

In our original room the fridge had a leak, the phone didnt work, there was also bugs. But the hotel did work with us and got us a better room and it was very much appreciated.

Beware, There were roaches crawling all over the room. The carpet, walls, curtains, chairs, and bathroom were filthy. I didn't use the shower because it was filthy. This place should be shut down.

Long list of negatives, in not one but both rooms. Bedbugs. Cockroaches everywhere . Live ones. Heater was not working. Loose bathroom fixtures.

Although this hotel is located in a wonderful location with a lot of restaurants walking distance, the hotel itself is terrible. The first room I was assigned had no lock on the door. The second room was beyond filthy! Cockroaches in both the bathroom and on the room door, black mold growing on the walls in the bathroom, blood stains on the carpet, and random wet spots on the carpet. Checked out after 3 hours. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!

I had reserved a room with 2 beds as we had our grandsons with us. When we checked in they gave us a room with a king size bed with a sofa bed and the room had a couples hottub.
