Shoutout to “UDY” i believe his name is pronounced. Works at the front desk he really is the superstar of this building. Always extremely friendly and helpful. Goes out of his way to make you feel comfortable and welcome in Sao Paolo. I do have to say that there is a seperate company who runs the door camera/ facerecognition entry. The man who works for them was very rude and nasty to me , In my mind because im an american. I have never been so rudely treated . Really left a bad taste in my mouth . Brazil is a beautiful country beautiful people so friendly and kind. As anywhere rhere aee people who are not. The building is extremely clean and secure. The concept of having your own apartment is great and was very happy with that. I just think its bad for business to have people operating the security to your building who would treat a customer so poorly. If not for UDY, and im sure im misspelling his name, i would say i would not rent here again. However just because of him I absolutely would stay again. If your brazilian and speak perfect portuguese you should have no issue.

O local é muito bom, o moço da recepção muito simpático e solicito. O local é bem limpo e aconchegante, apenas um ponto a melhorar a pessoa que me atendeu na porta que não é o mesmo da recepção resolveu realizar meu cadastro parcial às 3hs da manhã eu sozinha na rua, confesso que foi rápido porém uma falta de bom senso da pessoa. Mas voltaria pois tirando isso foi muito agradável.

Equipe, wifi, ar-condicionado, segurança, silencio. o ruim é que cozinhamos nosso café da manha, por exemplo, e como ficamos 5 dias, ficou ruim por nao ter limpeza diária. teria que pagar. mas no geral, foi tudo bem. um ponto também é que ele fica numa rua ladeirada e se vc estiver com problemas de locomoção, mesmo mínimo que seja, fica ruim para subir a ladeira. mas sendo jovem, esta perfeito.

Quarto limpo e com bom espaço. O banheiro é bem amplo, o único problema é que estava com um vazamento no box. O processo de check-in foi um pouco conturbado porque o sistema do site não reconhecia os documentos e não me deixava enviá-los, mas a comunicação com a equipe do hotel foi rápida e consegui resolver esse problema pelo WhatsApp tranquilamente. A localização é maravilhosa, perto do metrô Ana Rosa, o que facilitou muito a minha locomoção pela cidade. Pontos bônus pela academia bem equipada, pra quem não quer perder os dias de treino enquanto viaja.
