Not worth the price. They charge the same prices as the other Adagio with the same name that's closeby yet the two are not of the same quality. You have to walk few minutes to get to the shuttle which has limited trips too.

I normally do not write reviews but this one I would like to write a review based on our experience at this property. Hopefully my review can help other travellers and especially those with small children. We stayed at this property from april 22 to 24, 2023 while visiting Disneyland. The hotel is super outdated and the rooms are so so old with very dirty carpets and beds. On the first day when we checked in, I was really unhappy with the room and the beds and sofa in the room, they were very dirty. We unpacked and at night i gave my kids bath, I was so hesitant to sleep them I was looking around the room and looked up the ceiling there bed bugs in the ceiling. My husband went down and let the reception know. They staff were nice and I could see they were embarrassed themselves too. They changed our room to another room. It looked like an apartment room, had a room upstairs two bunk bed and one sofa bed in the living room. We were so scared we couldn’t use the bunk bed or the upstairs bed room. I did not open my suit case, I kept all my stuff on the table I was scared to keep things on the floor and bring bedbug home with me. God know even if did :( The first night we couldn’t sleep properly. In the morning we went to Disneyland came back really late at night and so tired We slept little bit and checked out at 6 in the morning the next day. this hotel is within a minute of walk from the mall and other amenities but I still think it’s not worth the price.

It was amazing to be able to find a room for 7 people. The main level bedroom and bathroom were very small and hard to move around in. Air conditioning would have been nice. The kitchen was very useful.

I liked the suite we had it was cute. One thing that we hadn’t realized is that in France you only receive fresh towels after you have stayed 7 nights. So our entire 5 night stay we each had one towel to use for showers and the pool. The hotel does have a free shuttle going to and from Disneyland every 20 minutes until after midnight

Close to the mall but that’s about it. There was a dead mice right by the entrance when we got there and was still there the following day. The carpet was filthy in the bedroom and ‘living room’ with pull out beds.

We would have liked more space to accommodate large suitcases. Taking them up a small staircase was not easy for seniors and really no place to put them so we took them back downstairs under the stairs. This meant we were going up and down the stairs more than we should have had to but ...we managed. Nice to have the shuttle to Disney and the staff were very accommodating and friendly.

Roomy and very clean apartment for family of 5. Comfortable bed and sofas, excellent kitchen equipment and utensils. Great to see toilet in a separate room from the shower and bathroom sink. Only inconveniences were of electronic nature: TV did not offer local (French) channels and WiFi did not reach far into the apartment; devices had to be used close to the apartment door.

Good hotel, but was cold in the room even with the heater (we traveled in December). Shower head was broken and had no curtain, but we were still able to shower. Everything else was great! Nice staff, room was clean and had a clean kitchen. Safe also included in the room. Overall good experience

Rude manager

When I booked this hotel I sent a request for early check in at 12 noon instead of 3 pm, when I arrived I meet the hotel manager and he was very rude in answering any of my questions, I asked him to check in at 12 noon as I asked, he told me that check in is only at 3 pm. when I told him that I sent a request about this. he lied and said that he never received such a request from expedia. and he told me "if you have any problem in your reservation you have to deal with expedia not us". and he checked in many guests in front of me at 12:30. finally when he gone, I talked to another nice lady in the reception and she checked me in at once at 1 pm. another issue is that they refuse to change the towels of the room next day. the reception guy " after asking the manager in front of me" told me that I have to pay if I want to change the towels. I have to pay to get a new garbage bag. I have to pay if I need an iron in my room. I have to pay if I need toiletries. they only provide all of these stuff once and that is it. the room and the corridors are very dirty and smells.

Recent stay June 2013

This was one of my worst hotel visits in recent memory. For a relatively new hotel, it was shabby. The first room I was assigned had issues with the door and lock. It appeared that the door had been damaged and the door could not be locked with the dead bolt or in deed reclosed easily. I was reassigned a room after some fuss as I stated it was unacceptable and I didn't feel safe. I speak French so language was not the barrier. When we went back to the new room after dinner, the room key did not work. So back downstairs and the now night duty manager actually started to yell at me and ask who was in the previous room. When one of the staff who knew what had transpired came back from break and explained what they had done, he did apologize but not after a very uncomfortable few minutes ( June 25 approx. 10 PM local time). On top of this, the pool was closed for renovations. This was a huge disappoint to my child and myself and who schedules pool renovations in the summer. This is a very poorly managed hotel property.

An excellent apartment to stay in. 2 x Adults and 3 children. Decent fridge size. Suffiecent amount duvets and pillows. Would have preferred if sheets were avaible to put ontop of the sofa bed. 15-20mins walk to Disneyland, plus a free bus from the hotel to the park also. Train station (RER A) 15mins walk through the shopping centre which is open late and has a supermarket inside. Staff were friendly and an overall nice experience especially when travelling with Children. We would definitely stay here again!

Property is dated and in poor condition. Bathroom had a lot of mould and the shower head was broken and kept falling down… had to use hair ties to keep it above shoulder height. My son is coeliac and at check in we were told they ‘rarely’ have anything gluten free at breakfast. Good location for Disney and shopping but a disappointing stay
