The grand plaza has bedbugs (which we discovered as we left), thebleast comfortable sofa bed that I have ever slept on, and wen went had now hot water for three days and asked to have it fixed, the maintenance person came in and used the bathroom while he was there (toilet seat left up). I complained to the front desk and they did nothing about it.

the place is ok since we are a family of 6, there are 2 rooms and an ensuite, but still, the people in the other room need to get into the master's to use the washroom. It would be nice to have at least a small powder room. the kettle is not working. and the receptionist, the white guy is a little rude when asked. he is on the night shift

Excellent staff and service. Room was comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. As with many hotels we’ve stayed at, it could use more towel hooks in the bathroom - but that was the only downside.

Remember these renot luxury flats but practical accommodation for short term stays The kitchens are basic but functional The rooms are clean bright and with good bathrooms If your party consists of more than three people make sure you choose the right size and someone doesn't mind sleeping on a sofabed. The neighborhood of Bayswater is central to transportation with lots of different sources for food and other items It is a real London neighborhood . My only complain is with the front desk who are not good at communicating and could improve their ability to understand "Hotel" English and to give the impression that they are there to help Great when doing routine things but not when something out of the ordinary is required-the porter is a great guy.and the housekeeping staff are wonderful.

The staff are very helpful and friendly. A vending machine sells electric adaptors. We stayed at the family suite. It has two rooms and 3 queen beds (one of which is a sofa bed). It has a kitchen with stoves , a dish washer, plates, bowls, cooking pans and pots. The hotel provides a cellphone free of charge. I used it to make phone calls and navigate the city with its data. Overall , this hotel is very functional. We benefited from the services a lot.

Was pretty quiet location and good for a one or two person stay. Everything was clean even though it was in an older building. Had everything I needed, however the room smelled heavily of perfume (maybe spilled on the carpet from the person before me?) and I needed to sleep with all the windows open because it was overwhelmingly strong. The second night slept little because of people moving around all night above me. Bed was clean and comfortable though and in a great, easy location to shops, restaurants and the tube. I'd probably stay again but only on a short trip (2-3 nights max) and only for a place to rest my head at night - would be out during the days.
