The people are Amazing. The building is good although the elevator is quite slow. They have amenities in demand such as blow dryer or more toilet paper if needed. The room was very nice and comfortable, the bathroom was okay, more places where to hang the towels to dry would be better and they need a better water pressure, it was very soft, at times it felt almost like no water was coming out The building structure ls in good condition but at times when a big truck passes by the main road you feel the building shake gently side to side. They just need to announce that is 24h reception And that they have 24/7 security, it would have made my experience smoother as I never received the preregistration form to sign as it is an apartment and not a hotel room in advance and it made me freak out.

Great location fully stocked executive apartment

There was a great location. The department was fully equipped with everything we needed. The only issue that we have with this property is that our apartment did not have great Wi-Fi, which was a problem for us because we were there for work.

La localisation était parfaite (près du transport en commun et le quartier est animé et très agréable). Ulises est toujours disponible si nous avons des questions et il nous répond avec sourire. Il y a un peu de bruit, puisque c'est près d'une rue passante. Mais pour nous, ce n'était pas un enjeu. C'était génial d'avoir 2 chambres avec les enfants. Merci

This is in an excellent location. We had a one bedroom and it was excellent. Overall the location for us was perfect and the hood was only two blocks way with terrific food options and nightlife, all very safe. Very modern inside. There were tiny little things that would have given a full 10, tiny little things. I suspect this is a new facility and will be addressed in time. I would absolutely stay there again. Kudos for a geat space when away.

We loved our stay here! The property was centrally located with a lot of restaurants and transportation nearby. Our rooms were clean and comfortable. The team at the front desk were very helpful when we needed anything and made the stay excellent.

Clean, friendly, and centrally located

We had an amazing stay simple to get to, centrally located. Walked to many of he places we were visiting, Luis was very friendly and attentive. We had a beautiful rooftop patio where we took many pictures as well: It was clean and cozy. We'd stay there again.

Mala experiencia, gean ubicación

La propiedad no cuenta con los mismos estándares que otras propiedades de ULIV. El mobiliario está dañado, la puerta de la habitación no cierra bien y el edificio en general está en la zona sísmica de la ciudad. Es un edificio recuperado que se mueve como gelatina. Las paredes son de cristal en un 80% y dan a la zona más concurrida de la ciudad, por lo que se escucha ruido toda la noche. Te dejan tapones para los oídos, lo que ya es una mala señal.
