The place was really perfect for my needs. Is a fully set up apartment and very clean. The one disappointing thing about it was I rented it for 3 weeks but was called back to work a week early so only needed it for 2 weeks. I asked for a credit for the week as I would be returning the following month. There was no negotiation and no refund or credit was given. I would have rented it consistently but due to this policy I won’t be returning.

Cute Cranston Condo

Stay would have been pretty good if I could sleep 😂. The bed in the property is about the firmness of a 3 week stale loaf of bread. I would recommend a foam topper in the closet as an option for guests to put on the bed. Outside of the bed the condo is not bad. New and very clean, it is on a bottom floor set up so there is a unit above but the noise was surprisingly not noticeable from the top units. It's also close to the YMCA, theatres lots of places to go eat and get coffee if needed.

It was a nice one bedroom appartment. We did not use the kitchen so I cannot comment on it. The only nice thing would've been if there was an outlet or table lamp with a usb port in it. They did have wifi but I had to email them to get the password. The check in and out were easy. The damage deposit should be returned within 7 days of check out.

THIS IS A SCAM! DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM. As soon as you pay, they email you asking for $500 damage deposit, $500 MORE if you have a pet, and THEY WILL NOT REFUND THE MONEY. Read other reviews online. They are scam artists!!!! THEY OWE $1000 even though we read reviews ahead of time and documented every single bit of damage as soon as we walked in. Now the manager has blocked my number and refuses to pay me back! Police are getting involved and there will be a class action lawsuit filed with ALL of the other people who have been ripped off by them. READ THE ACTUAL REVIEWS ONLINE!!!

We were staying here as we had people had our house! It was convenient, easy checkin and checkout! Great to have a full kitchen, desk and laundry onsite. Only downside was no air conditioner so it was hot! Would recommend bringing a fan. Lawn chairs would be nice to sit out on the deck as well. The area is beautiful and a short walk to the river and only 5 minutes to shopping etc in Seton. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a full service spot that is quiet, safe and clean.

Too pricey for the value

I found the property clean, it was hard to locate because it said first floor and it’s below ground level. The number of the unit is visible when out of the car so it took me a while to find it. The queen bed was not very comfortable (kind of hard mattress). I found it expensive for the value. I would not stay here again.

Nice property for a short stay, one week in our case. Good communication and our damage deposit was refunded within a few days. Please note the ‘air conditioning’ is really just a re-circulating fan.

Frustrating Booking Experience / Excellent Propert

The last time I had to take a selfie with my ID in hand was when I wanted to buy Bitcoin. The booking process was frustrating, with several hidden charges. When I contacted hotel.com for a refund, they redirected me to the property desk, which then sent me back to hotel.com. It was clear they didn't care about resolving my issue. On a positive note, the property itself was excellent, like a brand new house.

Background: I just sold a farm due to divorce. I ordered the apartment unsure what I was going into. Upon arrival, the staff was prompt in ensuring access. When I walked in, the decor was completely country esthetic. It was comforting and comfortable. The instructions were easy to follow to gain access. The apartment was clean and cozy. It felt like a home away from home. If I had any issues or questions the staff were quick to respond to me. The price was very reasonable for the duration I had to stay. When I realized I made an error on my reservation and required an extra day, the staff were quick to accommodate so I had no lapse in my reservation. I can't thank the team enough. They were courteous, professional, and most importantly they treated me with respect and dignity during this transition in my life. I appreciate all they did for me. I can't thank them enough
