We stayed at Somerset Grandview Shenzhen for 5 nights. We enjoyed our stay. Units are spotless clean, staff are very helpful and friendly. I wish they spoke English as it would make communication easier. We mostly used google translate to communicate which was ok but direct communication would be better.

選擇酒店時從地圖上了解，附近應為高爾夫球場；但抵達後發現四周圍繞着舊房子，你還能從窗戶眺望鄰近地塊的垃圾堆。 附近交通混亂，不論行車路還是行人路都滿佈橫沖直撞的電動單車，而且深圳交通非常擠塞，本來計劃開車跨區到其他地方用餐，但動則1-2小時的車程讓我們打消念頭，居住在這裏你的開車活動範圍就只限福田區。 酒店包含早餐，但這裏的食物味道就像塑膠製品，連鄰近的KFC早餐都非常難食。 總體而言，酒店設施及服務到位，但所處區域的道路情況及餐飲就強差人意，這可能不是酒店本身的問題，只是這個城巿本身不太適合外地人。

Located near Futian rapid train station, but the service apartment is actually at a residential area within small road. Not many driver know how to reach the main entrance via a small road. Cocopark shopping centre is 5mins car ride.
