This apartment is the perfect stay in Old Town. Nice view out of the unit, close to everything, walking distance to all the shops, restaurants and sites. The apartment is very well appointed with everything you need. You can not go wrong here!!

Beautiful cozy apartment that is impacted by neigh

Cozy apartment, amazing location, but don't stay if asthmatic or sensitive to cigarette smoke. While the apartment is smoke free, it shares a foyer/common area with three other apartments. Two of the four apartments are holiday rentals and two have locals living in them. The locals use the foyer area to smoke. Given its the top floor and windows are barely open, the smell of smoke travels into the apartment. The apartment comes with an air purifier, but this was not enough for us and the smell of smoke impacted our stay - we are very sensitive to cigarette smoke. I understand that in European cities, it is a risk choosing a private apartment over a hotel as neighbours are likely to smoke - however I think the fact that the neighbours were using the foyer area to smoke (and leave cigarette butts) made this place worse . If you are comfortable with the slight smell of smoke, this place would be perfect.

Location is excellent and property management is on top of any and all concerns (very responsive). Right smack in the middle inside The Wall, dining options are unlimited! Swimming is accessible too by walking distance and taking the tour of the wall and museum is necessary to take beautiful pictures!

Perfect location!! Could not recommend more!! Great size for a couple. Safe, quiet and secure but only a minute walk to the Main Street in the old town. 1 minute walk to a swimming spot too. It was also great to have a washing machine to do a load of laundry. Highly recommend!

I was looking for a hotel really for the first night off the plane, but there aren't many in the old town so I ended up booking this place. I'm very happy that I picked this place, it had everything I wanted from a hotel and was easy to find with their instructions. Old town is car free so you have to walk your case to wherever you're staying. There are a few steps quite close to the apartment, but mercifully few.

Where the past and present meet

I absolutely loved this place. A mix between old and modern. Well equipment . It is so thoughtfully put together. I definitely recommend it. And when I come back to Dubrovnik, I’ll definitely stay in the same place.

The description doesn’t indicate that there are 4 flights of steps to reach the property. The foyer outside the property smelled of strong cigarette smoke. The washer was leaking throughout our entire visit. I messaged the property contact about the leak, and when we were gone, they entered the property without notification. Items were left out on our luggage and towels left on the floor. We also had to provide our own toilet paper even though the deacription indicated that toiletries were included.
