Pros: Nice place, walkable to town, fridge and kettle, espresso pod coffee maker, satellite TV. Cons: Check in window from 2-6pm is a bit tight, but they'll work out a late check in with you. Nine or ten long dark hairs in a corner in the bathroom, otherwise was clean. Could hear neighboring guests and also socializing from the central bbq/ picnic in the yard in front of the units. Needed ear plugs most nights.

Good value for money on the Great Ocean road.

Good value for money while travelling on the Great Ocean road for a one or two night stay only. No cooking facilities although plates, bowls,cups and cutlery were provided. The studio is a bit dated and for me the studio had a bit of a musty smell but this did not bother my husband. Nice sitting area outside the studio for morning coffee, evening wine with bird song. We ate out both days of our stay in Port Campbell at the 12 Rocks beach bar and cafe,,,,,good value and big portions. Even if there had been cooking facilities don't leave your shopping until Port Campbell, very little choice. The reception staff were very helpful especially when I realized that I was charged on check in then later realized I had already paid through Expedia.....full refund given straight away.

The location was ideal and the car parking easy. A central kitchen was excellent for BBQ etc with all facilities Tv included. We were however left in the dark on our first night throughout the camp site but no information was circulated which was a bit disconcerting. We then discovered that there was a ceiling full of small flies!!!! We found a spray that killed them but again No advice provided regarding this!!! We are from Uk and we’re not aware or prepared for the situations. Information would have made this so much easier!! Update your notice!!!

We had a lovely stay in the basic cabin. The beds were really comfortable and there was pretty much everything we needed provided such as towels, toaster, hairdryer etc. The staff were welcoming and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

The shower at Studio Cabin 7 was a dribble… also, it was impossible to reach the receptionist by phone. Aside from these issues, the cabin was super clean, well equipped and spacious. The communal cooking area was also clean.

Absolute Gem

Great find. Cabin was very comfortable and clean. Walking distance to everything. Port Campbell is currently undergoing a major town refurbishment will be amazing when done. One of the few places on the Great Ocean Road where the highway doesnt separate you from the coast. Definately returning

We like everything and many rabbits run around, they are very cute, the public kitchen is good (There will be better more pots and pans.) The nature is very nice, the supermarket is not far. The room is very clean. We are very happy. The birds are lovely we can see them and the rabbits in front of our room. The parking is wide. We are very happy.
