Lovely stay in a great area. Lots of space and great parking. Mould and chips under the couch, we also seemed to get a bit of skin irritation from the soft furniture. Linens were fine. Poor shower pressure but good temp. Heated towel rack was a highlight.

We had the budget accommodation but did not expect it to be dirty. There were cobwebs on the ceiling. The upgrades had not been done very well and the baseboards were grimy. The long detailed email for our arrival made us feel that we had been naughty in not responding quicker when we had no internet on our travels. We are staying at 18 properties during our visit to New Zealand and this is the most disappointing so far.

Was a great place with lots of space and close to town (10 mins walk). The bathroom is a bit small (something to think about if you need more space) but the rest of the apartment is very spacious and well appointed. Happy we stayed here!

Beautiful view and quiet location

We arrived in the morning and staff ( or owner?) let us leaving the luggages so we could explore town. Same with check out, we were able to store luggages. Kitchen was very handy although it was an older property. Two supermarkets were across the street. About 15’ to walk to town. We loved the walk and did it two to three times a day. Stiff walk for some but we enjoyed it. Very good Mountain View. We really like this hotel .

Great little motel

Spacious and clean economy 2 bedroom apartment, with good amenities and in a great walkable location to the gondola, waterfront, shops and restaurants. There is also a handy supermarket just across the road. Great communication from the host. Happy to recommend this motel to other travellers :-)

Run down unit, great location

I wouldn’t stay here again, especially not for the price we paid. Location was great, but the unit had paint peeling off the walls and looked shabby overall. The bathroom seems recently renovated, which was nice. It is noisy, as the unit sits on a main road. AC is only in the living room, so the bedrooms get hot if you sleep with the door closed. In the morning, the manager was waiting outside the door 15 minutes before check out, and was rudely pressuring us to leave. Look elsewhere for somewhere to stay in Queenstown.

Very nice stay and would definitely come back. Has an equipped kitchen so makes a good base if you’re staying a few nights and want to cook. Beds were very comfy. Water pressure could be a bit better but honestly still good

出發前沒有留意到老闆有發站內信給我, 所以沒看到入住通知. 還好當天老闆有留意到我們的到來, 非常棒的幫我們解決了入住. 環境非常好就是一個小型的家, 可以煮飯,洗衣服曬衣服, 還有免費的停車位. 走路下去市中心也不過10分鐘的路程，網速也夠快．　最喜歡是還可以使用自己的netflix看電視, 晚上邊吃邊看, 好像回到自己的家一樣的舒服. 非常推薦~~~

We had a room in the back- bad landscaping and walking by other windows too close. Bathroom had a smell. Denied late check out with a message that was inhospitable, a correcting tone. In the room printed information says to ask for a late check out- confusing. Cleaners arrived 2 minutes before then again made negative comments that made both of us so uncomfortable. Worst service ive had in New Zealand so far.

The apartment condition is clean and very good. Everything you needed can be found in the apartment. The assigned parking slot is just next to the apartment that is great. The location of the apartment is another reason why we select Abba. A walkable distance (with zero slope) to the town centre takes around 10-15 minutes. Even though we rent a car, we sometimes prefer to have a walk to explore a little bit more locally. The host communicates with us the self-check in details timely in advance. After that, we don’t need to contact the host anymore as everything is clear.
