Just a few little things they could have added to the apartment. There was a laundry machine which is a bonus but didn’t have a laundry rack and not many hangers to hang dry your clothes. Also an iron would have be nice. There was also 3 of us staying in the unit and we ran out of toilet paper. But there is a supermarket just down the street. Overall the property was nice and clean, and online check-in was very easy.

Don't think twice,it is the place tostay in Madrid

The place was very well-located, near the principal attractions 10 minutes by walk to the Palacio Real, 15 minutes by walk to the Plaza Mayor, and around 20 minutes by walk to the Gran Via. Also, near two principal metro stations. The place has an elevator which is a plus when you are in Europe. The apartment has everything that you need to spend a very good time in Madrid, like an oven, stove, kitchen utensils, dishwasher, and even a washing machine. There is no reception desk everything is by phone or email, but the communication with the owner was super good and quick.

:Ótimo perfeito para família.Bem localizado próximo aos principais pontos turístico Limpeza ótima.A cozinha é perfeita . Eles deixam as primeiras necessidades a mão (sal,pimenta,azeite,café chá açúcar) . Como estávamos em 4 pessoas não pode demorar no banho.Pois os últimos a água vai estar mais morna. Outra coisa é que nao pode ligar vários equipamentos juntos como fogão e forno ou fogão e máquina lavar pois a chave cai .Encontramos um problema na chegada com abertura da porta .Mas ligamos e foi resolvido rapidinho. Com certeza se retornar a Madri eu retorno nesse mesmo apartamentos .Obrigada

Well positioned but not suitable for long stays

Stayed for 23 nights. I think they don't have too many long staying guests. A bit of back and forth about changing the sheets and room cleaning. We got it down to once a week which was OK. What was surprising was that there was no wardrobe to put my stuff in, but only the big coat hanger visible in the pictures. Anyway, very good location, nice room overall, clean and spacious with good utilities, easy to check-in and check-out, everything near, public transport, bars, restaurants, highway access, parking, etc. Perfect if you stay maximum one week-ten days.

Excelente ubicación, hermoso apartamento muy limpio y moderno. La chica que nos atendió fue super amable y nos ayudó muchísimo, prácticamente nos salvó la noche, Dios la bendiga. Por favor tener en cuenta tener dos botellitas de agua en la habitación, llegamos super tarde y no había forma de comprar agua. Muchas gracias!!!!
