The whole place needs a good lick of paint. Internet didn't work. Toaster blew the electrics. It is so neglected. Didn't see one member of staff at all, even on check in. It was help yourself in a key lock thing. Such a shame as there is potential there

We asked the day before about how to get to the apartment. No answe. Told them when we arrive. But called them for an hour and no answer. Followed what we got from them and called the number no answer. We had a child with us that was really tired so very disappointed. We will not book here again.

Needs to Improvement

Overall this property is old and needs upgrading. No reception, only facility is the pool.The checkin method of finding a keybox was unexpected, allso not mentioned when I first booked.I found it difficult being guided in the poor light, by a person whose english wasn't the best. I Ididn't have wifi and shower remained cold for duration of my stay When I did find a person he advised me there was no wifi available in the complex. He was a repairman, not reception.

Wij hebben ontzettend genoten van ons verblijf! De kamer was heel goed schoon, net appartement met ruim balkon. Winkelcentrum met veel restaurantjes tegenover de ingang en een zwembad waar je heerlijk kan genieten van het zonnetje. Wij zijn helemaal tevreden!

Bra leiligheter, men du bør like å gå.

Hyggelige og rene leiligheter. Mye trapper, men kan bruke heisene. Like i nærhet av butikker og restauranter. Men skal du ned til strand eller sentrum er det 30-40 min. å gå, oppoverbakker tilbake. Ingen bussforbindelse kun drosjer. Bra sted hvis du liker å gå.

Billig men veldig rotete utleiesystem!

Litt tragikomisk det hele... Merkelig opplegg, de hadde ikke en resepsjon ved ankomst eller noe info på nettet om nøkler. Etter å ha ringt og ventet en stund dukket det opp en dude kom og fortalte at utleier var konkurs så om vi kunne betale via en pc og deres systemer...Vi gjorde så, men det ble mye diskusjoner rundt dette...Vi var fire venner på tur og sengen jeg fikk hadde knekt stålramme slik at jeg måtte bygge den opp for å få den noenlunde rett

Flott sted, litt langt unna periferien, må ta taxi til stand og tilbake da det ligger høyt oppe på fjellet. Litt miskommunikasjon ifht innsjekking. Stod at innsjekking er på hotellet Riosol det stemmer ikke. Man må ringe et tlf nummer som står på døra på Apartamentos og få en kode til å låse opp nøkkelboksen, for å få hentet nøkkelen. Fantastisk utsikt og renholdet er veldig bra.

Skitten dusj med halvtett sluk. Alt for mange festglade gjester(spesielt briter) som holder deg våken hele natten. Ingen bemannet resepsjon, så det blir ikke gjort noe med festingen. Veldig lytt mellom rommene.
