We found the unit to be very spacious and comfortable for our family of 5. It is within one block of a local grocery store and within a 10 min walk from the metro station. The check in process was smooth and there was somebody to check us in and go over the unit. We would recommend this unit for a family traveling with teens.

The apartment was clean and just minutes away from the cathedral and the shopping district. My phone was not working properly so I was lost and not sure where to go. I was late for my check-in when my contact called. He sent someone to get me and take me to where I needed to be. I was very close but very lost and that small act of kindness meant the world to me.

Great location

I always love to stay at Brera apartments at San Babila because it’s super convenient to go shopping and bring your bags home during the day :-). Clean apartment, quiet surroundings. Only thing that could even make it better is the option to have healthy breakfast delivered early in the morning as it’s very hard in Milan to find such breakfast spots (fruit, yoghurt, egg, avocado toast). But I just bring my own food with me so all was great!

Se scrivi che il check-in è dalle 15 e io ho fatto l’errore di scrivere che sarei arrivata per le 17.30 ma arrivo alle 16 resta il fatto che il check-in in è dalle 15. Purtroppo gli affittacamere sono così. Il check-in te lo fai da solo giorno prima dell’arrivo , la valigia non sai dove lasciarla dopo il check-out. Però costa poco! Ma assolutamente no poiché una notte di mercoledì di novembre 230 euro. Detto questo la posizione è comoda vicino metro San Babila e la stanza ha tutto. Almeno un posto per poter lasciare la valigia dopo il check-out alle 10 (che non sia distante un chilometro ) dovrebbero pensarlo .

Great space in apartment, very good facilities great to have washing machine after being away for sometime . Clean and tidy easy access, close to shopping and restaurants and sites like Duomo. Highly recommend this appartments.

Very easy check-in, great host, very quiet neighborhood. We stayed there for 1 night with our 3 kids (10-15) and it worked out great. There are some scuff marks on the walls, but nothing that caused us any issues and the whole place was dry clean and there were coffee pods provided, which was very much appreciated! Would stay again.

The property itself was beautiful with a breathtaking view through the window in the main room. It was hard carrying luggage to the location but other than that everything was really nice.

What I can say good about this rental is that it was in a good location. Nothing else. The owner should invest in some basic things like night stands, night stand lights, bathroom hangers. The shower is a joke. It is so small. No napkins, tissues or paper towels. We asked for these basic things but got nothing. Lots of dust on the floor or under the bed. I would not reconnect this apartment for anyone, especially for a family of four.
