There is no working internet in the room I had to sit in the lobby to get a signal that worked which is not acceptable. The facility has lots of potential but it looks like it’s been neglected for some time. Location is excellent close to Nice but yet far enough to stay away from the traffic and noise. Could use more towels for guest.

WIFI as part of the amenities, however, they could not keep it working and only did the minimum to try. Also be prepared to bring your own toilet paper, you get one small roll. There are a lot of restaurants nearby and a large shopping mall with a large grocery stall about a miles walk. Close enough to a bus stop to get to Old Nice easily.

Großes Apartment, Parkhaus und Fahrstuhl gut. Waschmaschinen und Trockner im Keller fĂŒr 5€ nutzbar 👌 Lage nahe am Strand und Hafen. Möbel sehr alt und ranzig. Sauberkeit okay. Bett ganz gut. BettwĂ€sche war sauber. Etwas Schimmel im Bad. Abgeplatzte Fliesen ĂŒberall und schon sehr lange nicht renovierte WĂ€nde. Ganzes GebĂ€ude eher wie ein alter unrenovierter Bunker. Alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen. FĂŒr 3 Tage ausreichend, aber nicht lĂ€nger.

L'hébergement est situé a quelques mÚtres de la mer, ce qui est fort appréciable. L'appartement tout comme le reste de l'immeuble est entretenue au stricte minimum, ce qui laisse un sentiment de déception. L'arrivée et l'enregistrement se sont bien passées et le personnel est accueillant. Il est difficile de tout faire a pied (notamment rejoindre Nice) autrement qu'en passant prÚs des voies rapides. La ville et les infrastructures ne sont pas optimisés pour ce genre de déplacement. Le bord de mer est riche en restaurant. Le séjour a été sublimé par le temps magnifique. Et les désagréments n'ont pas entaché le plaisir de se promener et découvrir la métropole Niçoise.

Our accommodations were satisfying for our needs. The covered outdoor pool doesn’t open till mid April. We found the area a good central location to everything. We used the buses and trams to get around. Watch out where you walk on the side walk because dog poop is on it. They don’t pick it up.
