The property is nice, the pool is new and beautiful and the staff was friendly as well as supportive. The accommodation itself is in a bad shape, our apartment was dirty and it provided a bad vibe due to the disregard of aesthetic and cleanness.

I had a lovely time at Garden & City hotel. I bought the breakfast meal each morning and had croissants and coffee. They had other items too. The staff was nice and spoke some English too.

This was a great location for our trip around Aix en Provence. Super friendly and helpful staff, we only communicated online and with the check in being so easy, we felt at home right away. My partner and I stayed for a weekend to travel to Marseille and local areas, we had a hire car so the parking availability was perfect. In the end we really appreciated the value of this stay and the quiet location where it was. The room was everything we needed for our weekend adventure, somewhere to relax and unwind after being out all day and with all the ameneties needed to be comfortable. I forgot my toiletry bag and realised when we were travelling back to Germany, but the staff were incredibly helpful in shipping it back to me! And although it was not valuable this saved me so much stress, I really appreciate everything they did!

As I entered the apartment I immediately noticed a strong chlorine smell. Later I realized that it was used to cover a horrible smell coming from the bathroom sink which spread into the whole room. I decided to leave the day after. I acknowledge how nice and courteous the attendants at this place were. But I was miserable that night and I couldn’t sleep. I hope they’ll refund my money.

An absolute no go!! horrible experience!! this accommodation seems to be a workers' residence, not a tourist place. We had 2 nights of nightmare, with a drunk/very high individual in the room nearby shouting, crying, smashing furniture...with the security and the management doing nothing about it!! avoid at all costs!!

Pas adapté pour les familles avec petits enfants

Venus pour un weekend en famille avec notre fille de 2 ans, studio pas adaptĂ© pour des enfants en bas Ăąge. Salle de bain petite et douche minuscule. Petite piscine , vite remplie si une dizaine de personnes dĂ©cident d'y aller au mĂȘme temps. Ouvrez bien la fenĂȘtre si vous voulez cuisiner dedans , la hotte n'est pas trop puissante... Isolation limitĂ©e, derniĂšre nuit nous avons entendu toute une dispute d'un jeune couple Ă  l'autre bout du couloir, lĂ©ger sentiment d'insĂ©curitĂ© sur le coup, car 0 vigile, rĂ©ception ouverte que la journĂ©e, que un numĂ©ro d'urgence pour les "vraies urgences" selon le document collĂ© sur la porte. Bref, nous ne recommandons pas si vous cherchez un appart hĂŽtel digne de ce nom, avec un vrai confort, par contre si vous cherchez que le prix...faudra faire avec.

Pas d’eau chaude et visiblement c’était un problĂšme pour tout l’hĂŽtel. On nous a mĂȘme pas prĂ©venu Ă  notre arrivĂ©e alors que nous Ă©tions avec notre fille de deux ans. Honteux et lamentable

J’arrive dans cet Ă©tablissement et je dĂ©couvre que la chambre n’a pas Ă©tĂ© faite! Draps, serviettes et autres ordures de la personne avant moi Ă©taient encore lĂ ! J’appelle leur sois disant numĂ©ro d’urgence et aucune rĂ©ponse! Le lendemain on me dit qu’on va me rembourser, qu’ils appelleraient eux mĂȘme hĂŽtels.com pour mon remboursement, cela fait un mois et toujours rien. C’est honteux.

Nous avons passĂ© deux nuits correctes , mais malheureusement, la climatisation Ă©tait bruyante toute la nuit et la chasse d'eau fuyait, ce qui a Ă©galement causĂ© du bruit. La piscine Ă©tait trĂšs bien mais il y avait une invasion de guĂȘpes Ă  la, un problĂšme que nous avons signalĂ© Ă  la direction, qui nous a assurĂ© avoir traitĂ© la situation mais qu’elles revenaient qu’ils ne peuvent rien faire, c'Ă©tait trĂšs dangereux, surtout avec des enfants, car plus de 20 Ă  30 guĂȘpes faisaient constamment des allers-retours au bord de la piscine . Il n'y avait pas non plus de parasol Ă  la piscine, ce qui est dommage. Ne parlons pas du confort il faudrait une bonne rĂ©novation les chambres ne ressemblent pas du tout au photo trĂšs ancienne tĂ©lĂ© minuscule meuble trĂšs vieux qui grincent ou chaise bancale pas de congĂ©lateur dans le frigo et rien Ă  voir avec les photos

SĂ©jour catastrophique !

ExpĂ©rience dĂ©sastreuse ! Nous ne recommanderons pas et dĂ©conseillons mĂȘme. Appartement situĂ© au bĂątiment A ne correspondait en rien aux photos. L'appartement est dĂ©fraichi et vĂ©tuste : salle de bain/toilettes non propre, totalement vĂ©tuste et minuscule : manque de place dans la douche minuscule, la porte de la douche ne fermait plus et ne s'ouvrait qu'Ă  la moitiĂ© car cognait dans le lavabo minuscule, les toilettes quasiment collĂ©es Ă  la douche Ă©taient sales (par l'usage et la vieillesse) et odeur dĂ©sagrĂ©able. La cuisine totalement vĂ©tuste et dĂ©gradĂ©e, vielle plaque de cuisson de 20 ans minimum avec un manque afligeant de vaisselles. La tĂ©lĂ©vision du sĂ©jour Ă©tait minuscule (taille d'une tablette). Dans la chambre pas de table de nuit, pas de lumiĂšre de chevet, un manque de prises dans toutes les piĂšces, les portes de placards chambre en mauvais Ă©tat. Nous n'y sommes pas sentis bien dans cet appartement Le prix du sĂ©jour est trop cher et n’est pas appropriĂ©. Il ne s’agit pas d’un vĂ©ritable appart’hotel comme cela est indiquĂ© car nous avons appris que les appartements Ă©taient dĂ©tenus par des propriĂ©taires particuliers dont certains entretiennent
 ou pas. A noter que certains appartement (exemple bĂątiment C sont plus convenables et correspondent plus aux photos du site (sauf salle de bain/toilettes toujours catastrophique) En revanche le personnel sur place est conscient et donc comprĂ©hensif et trĂšs professionnel cherche Ă  apporter des solutions quand c’est possible
