The staff were really friendly. The communication was excellent and we even got to check in over 1hr before! My girlfriend and I celebrated our birthday here and I am so glad we did.

The staff were great! Camillo, Javier, and Catalina were AWESOME! The property is fine, however the communication was not great. Lining up transportation was very limited and not transparent. The English/Spanish translation was difficult at times as well. I would definitely stay here again, but I would setup my own transportation next time.

Highly recommend staying at Bora Bora!! It was me and my partners first time in Colombia, and I chose for us to stay at Bora Bora for a few days! The beach club is beautiful! Everyone was very attentive and made sure me and my partner wanted for nothing! Special shout out to Fernando and Camilo! They made us feel so special! And Jorge he is the manager- he also made us feel special! He helped arrange transportation to and from the island! And made the checkout process so smooth! You definitely need to book Bora Bora when you visit Cartagena!

Highly recommend to any couple. The resort is a great mix - daytrippers come in by boat in the AM, party until 3 pm; VIP party private boats party until 4:30; after, the resort is very peaceful and romantic. Sunsets around 6 pm are beautiful. The rooms are basic but more than enough given you only really will be sleeping in them - comfortable beds, AC, no insects. Special remarks for the service at the resort - truly incredible, in particular Jorge and Paola. All staff were incredibly accommodating and always around when we had any questions.

An absolute MUST overnight trip

We stayed at Bora Bora for an overnight on our Cartagena trip and it was worth every second. The staff are top notch, accommodating our food allergies as well as setting up a fresh lobster lunch from the local fisherman. The rooms are very comfortable with great AC. The vibe is fun and friendly with music pumping throughout the day. The evening is super special. That's when all the day trippers have gone and only the few overnight guests remain. It's like you have your own private resort! Swimming in the sea is dreamy and then relaxing on your own beach bed with a nice cocktail made by the fabulous bartender, Luifer, is the icing on the cake. Extra special thanks to Brian who took excellent care of us. Can't wait to visit again!

I have travelled the world and never have taken the time to write a review, until now. Recently I had the pleasure of staying at the stunning Bora Bora Hotel and Beach Club at Islas del Rosario, Cartagena, Colombia. From the moment my sister and I arrived, Carolina, Leonardo, Antonio, Yuri, Maria Lindo, Roland, Jesu, Jorge, Adner, Stephanie, and the rest of the staff, provided hospitality and impeccable service to my sister and me. The well-appointed rooms combined with the natural beauty of its surroundings is to be experienced. In the morning, day only guests arrive to the beach club which offers different settings with different types of music for a fun ambience. On the other hand, for those that love tranquility, the private pool area for overnight guests only is the place. At 3pm the day guests leave and the place is left to the six-room overnight guests to enjoy fully. This is where the magic of the place gets elevated as it becomes your own, with gorgeous sunsets, nature sounds, views of crystal-clear warm waters of the Caribbean Sea, and incredible dinner service. Unbelievably gorgeous. Another highlight of our visit was visiting their sister property, Pao Pao, built under an aviary, a seven minute boat ride away. Frank, Miguel and Eric continued providing outstanding service in an incredible natural setting. I cannot recommend enough the Bora Bora Hotel and Beach Club and can't wait to go back. Thank you Bora Bora Hotel Team for the memories. Priceless.

En este lugar desde la llegada te brindan una cálida bienvenida. Personal súper atento. El desayuno incluido lo sirven en el balcón de tu habitación, las comidas y atenciones excelentes. Cabe destacar que Yuris, Catalina, Pao, Fernando, Javier, Camilo nos hicieron sentir como en casa. Celebre el cumpleaños de mi esposo y todo fue espectacular, el detalle, las atenciones, la decoración, en fin todo. Yuris tremendo anfitrión y ser humano. En su tiempo libre nos acompañó hasta el pueblo. Como parte de su compromiso con los huéspedes. Lo recomiendo 100%

O Beach Club Bora Bora, foi uma excelente escolha. Desde do momento em que fomos recepcionadas até o momento do check-out. Os atendentes são muito atenciosos e sempre estão atentos ao que você precisa. O lugar é incrível, a água é cristalina, o café da manhã nos atendeu bem pelos 3 dias que permanecemos por lá. Entretanto, temos somente uma resssalva, o menu do almoço e jantar poderia ter saladas e um pouco mais de opções

Incrível!! Imperdível!! Tudo é perfeito e maravilhoso. A recepção, o cuidado com os hóspedes, cada detalhe é feito para você se sentir especial. Já viajei o mundo e certamente o hotel Bora Bora está na minha lista de melhores lugares para relaxar e ser feliz!!! Recomendo se hospedar lá e não ir apenas para o day use. A experimente é outra! Os quartos do hotel ficam a passar do mar. Os jantares tem como cenário a lua e o mar. E o staff é maravilhoso!

Fantástico!

Ficamos 3 noites no Bora Bora e gostamos muito da nossa estadia. A limpeza das acomodações era impecável, o café da manhã muito saboroso, com muitas frutas, e os funcionários foram muito cordiais. A área da piscina que é exclusiva para os hóspedes é muito boa. Um agradecimento especial aos funcionários Bryan e Yuri, que tornaram a nossa estadia mais especial e estavam sempre dispostos a nos proporcionar a melhor experiência. Além disso, o pôr do sol visto do Bora Bora é deslumbrante. Vale a pena se hospedar ao menos uma noite!
