Waterloo farms

Located conveniently to go anywhere around Seneca Lake, from Geneva area and down to the Watkins Glen area. We drove down the east coast and up the west coast of the lake touring wineries, breweries, hiking, and great places to eat along the way and in Geneva! Very dog friendly patios too! Blue house was excellent location, super clean, comfortable for 4 adults and a medium size dog. Kitchen was great space with appliances, and anything you’d need for a weekend. Beds were comfortable and shower/washroom was very clean! Upstairs bedrooms were warm due to high humidity outside. Hoste had ceiling fans in bedrooms to help move air conditioning into the bedrooms from the hallway and provided an extra stand up fan to make it more comfortable. All in all a great stay and fun weekend!!

We absolutely loved our stay. The cabin is perfect (especially the screened in porch). We spent hours on the water making use of the provided kayaks (as well as our own paddle board), and were amazed at how much wildlife we saw. Every detail in the cabin was well considered - I can’t recommend it enough.

We were looking for a central location on the water and this cottage delivered. The cottage is small but ideal for a couple or family. It was very clean and had all the little extras that made it a great place to come back to after a day of hiking or biking. There are several options of places to sit for morning coffee or afternoon wine. The owner was extremely friendly and help make our stay so enjoyable. Next time we want to come at a different time to enjoy some of the great water activities available. A perfect vacation spot!

Clean, recently renovated space. Small, but enough space for two. Just a few steps to the lake. About a five minute drive to Geneva. A great restaurant (Ports Cafe) is a quarter mile away. A good location: Most of the wineries, breweries, and hiking trails on three of the Finger Lakes (Seneca, Cayuga, Keuka) are within an hours drive.

Would not hesitate to book again, everything was great!

This house has everything you need! Our teenagers loved the room with 4 bunk beds, and we were very comfortable in the bedroom with the attached half bath. And there was another bedroom with the queen bed! The lake view is gorgeous, we swam, used provided kayaks, made s'mores in the firepit, went wine and beer tasting, and overall had an amazing time. Will definitely return.
