Us three friends truly enjoyed our stay here. Communication was helpful and good, and we appreciated the welcome bottle of wine and lovely soaps. The apartment was comfortable, clean, cool and nice. We loved sitting on the balcony overlooking the lake. One toilet had a flow issue, which I gather will be fixed. In the common outside area there was a barbecue and fire pit. The beach, across the street, was nice for sitting and watching the waves and it was about a ten minute walk to go to a beach where we could swim. We enjoyed our stay and hope to come back!

We stayed at “The Red Sand” for 6 nights, and it exceeded our expectations. Very clean, quiet, beautiful view of Lake Erie, all the essentials for cooking meals and even extras like a season pass to Long Point Provincial park and pool noodles the kids enjoyed playing with at the beach. Small beach town feel with independent businesses which we loved trying - the different ice cream spots were a favourite. Helen was a very communicative host, even reached when there was a risk of a strong thunderstorm with instructions on what to do if the power went out. Would definitely consider returning and have already recommended to family.

I absolutely loved my time here. The condo was immaculate and had absolutely everything you could need. I loved the views from the bedroom and living room windows. The private beach was nice for morning coffee or after dinner drinks. The main beach is a close walk away. I will definitely be coming back!

This was our first big vacation as a family (blended family of a few years now). The home and the location were absolutely perfect for us. The beach was a 5 min walk along with many welcomed amenities. The long short of it is that we absolutely loved it and we're already talking about planning for next summer! Thank you to the owner Darlene, your cottage is fantastic and you made communication very easy and fast. Thank you from all of us.
