Lund cabins

What a gem! Gorgeous property in an awesome location. Have your morning coffee on the sun dappled deck or walk to the beach and watch the tide come in. A short walk to the General store and farmers market. Great kitchen, with a BBQ just outside the door. We loved roasting marshmallows on the gas fire pit in the garden, looking up at the stars. Thank you for the amazing holiday Susan! Can’t wait to book our next vacation!

Our family enjoyed our stay in this cozy, well-stocked cabin. We appreciated the covered outdoor decks on a couple of rainy days. Hosts were welcoming and attentive.

The cabin is in a good location as it is near the store and open-air market and not far from the wharf. Our favourite beach, South Beach, was only about a 20 minute walk away and there are other closer beaches to the cabin. The cabin is shaded most of the day, which is good on very hot days. The cabin was very clean and everything worked. The kitchen was well stocked, whcih the cooks appreciated. The store has now expanded considerably and there is no need to pack food to the island, which had to be done in the past. As a heads up for those renting with adults only - the first updstairs BR, with two single beds, is in a loft and to access the second private BR one must pass through the loft BR.

This place’s view was stunning. The cabin is exactly as pictured and cozy. The most important factors for us were that it was dog friendly and they had an amazing restaurant on site which was handy because there isn’t much around in terms of dining. This place is worth the drive and the hosts who live on site were accommodating but also gave you space. I would recommend this place to anyone going to the Powell river area

It was a pleasant and quiet place to stay with our dog. The accommodation was small yet as advertised. The outdoor common kitchen area needed some improvements -eg- there was no running water in the sink.

Great house, very comfortable and felt at home. Great location, too.
