This was the perfect location for our family adventure to San Diego. Walking distance to everything…beaches, restaurants, stores. Also very close to Sea World! Also a really cute cozy space for our little fam!

This is our second time staying here and we’ve enjoyed our experience each time. Would definitely come back again.

Perfect location, very nice and spacious.

Our family of four loved our stay here- our first time in the area. The cottage is very clean and comfortable and a great layout- a little oasis. We walked to the beach, kayaking and surfing. Marilyn is a responsive and helpful host. We’re already planning when we’ll come back!

This is a truly wonderful property. It is very comfortable with great amenities. It is within easy walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shopping. The host is very responsive and provided very good restaurant and shopping recommendations. We will definitely return.

Listing is accurate; perfect holiday getaway. Weather was stormy but cottage was warm and comfortable. 15 minute walk down to Swami’s beach and restaurants on the strip.

We stayed for 3 weeks and had a lovely time. Marilyn was extremely helpful and prompt in addressing all of our questions. The property is well maintained and clean...we had no issues from start to finish. We really liked the feel of the place -- very quiet with great privacy inside and on the terrace. The bed was very comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked and all of the technology worked well. The property is a very short walk to the beach, restaurants, convenience stores, coffee places etc etc! Enjoy!
