We were only 6 adults so definitely lots of space for us. The house can definitely accommodate twice as many. We loved the space both indoors and outdoors. Beautiful views. Great pool. Excellent service by the staff. Rodrigo and Mayra were awesome. Always responded quickly and helped with many things, especially groceries. All in all, it was a great place to vacation. The only downside (depending on your perspective) is that it is far from town so you would either need a car or take cabs if you want to visit San Miguel.

We loved our stay. We had 2 you children and the property was perfect for us. Both pools are warm and had shallow areas perfect for young children. The views from the property were amazing and the ocean was warm. The unit was well stocked and there was plenty of cooking utensils. It was necessary to have car as it was a 15 minute drive into town. But there was excellent, designated parking, which was nice. The host was very responsive to any questions and easy to deal with. Definitely one of the best places we have stayed. We loved everything about our stay!

We loved our stay! Great location, beautiful beach. Condo was spacious, spotless and fully stocked. Fulvio was readily available to answer any questions we had. We had a car rental and went into old Cozumel for dinner most nights. Highly recommend and looking forward to coming f back.

This property was perfect for the two of us. Quiet and peaceful with a great location. Close and easy to get to ocean excursions through the near by resort. We found everything we needed between two to three stores in San Miguel and some great restaurants. Thank you Michael Preston

From the moment we stepped through the doors, we were greeted with stunning views of the crystal-clear waters and lush greenery. The villa itself is a masterpiece of design, offering a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. The private pool was a personal paradise within paradise. The staff was incredibly attentive and made us feel like VIPs. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. The villa was spotlessly clean, and the amenities exceeded our expectations. We can't say enough about the breathtaking sunsets from the terrace - truly unforgettable. The location is convenient, with easy access to the ocean, shops, and restaurants. Costa del Sol is a beautiful gated community an easy drive south of San Miguel de Cozumel and nicely distanced from the cruise ship chaos in town. Casa Catarina, Casa B6 is a spacious 3 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath home. Our favourite space was the upper patio area which provided a panoramic view of the ocean and the lush grounds. The patio also boasts a wonderful outdoor kitchen which was well used during our stay. The beach area is very nice but as Cozumel was formed by coralline limestone rock, the sand is a bit more rocky and course. The pool was especially enjoyed by our little grandson. The divers in our group were picked up directly at the large pier in front of Costa del Sol. Even a parasail trip was arranged with pick up right at the dock. We noted other people also heading off for fishing, snorkel and sight seeing trips. The staff at Costa del Sol are exceptional. We appreciated the on site security personnel who were always willing to assist with carrying groceries or luggage and it was a treat to have housekeeping assistance during our stay. Amber, Rodrigo and Enrique were always quick to respond to any of our questions or concerns. We would highly recommend using Quatro Amigos for your car rental needs. Cozumel is a lovely island and Casa Catarina at Costa del Sol was a perfect “home away from home”.

This condo location is one of the best at Resedencias Reef. The first floor location allowed us to walk directly onto the beach from our patio and into the cordoned off snorkeling area. The pools were well maintained and perfect for teens and children as well as a bubbly spa to relax. There is a bar area at the pool, but no one selling drinks at the pool or on the beach. You bring your own drinks and snacks to the pool or beach area. The all inclusive hotel next door has daily activities for their guests and it was fun to hear if you were outside on the patio. The volume was not too loud and the tall bushes kept their activity private. You will need transportation into town and taxis were easy to get at the main gate. We also rented a car for the day to explore the ruins, lighthouse and the rough beaches on the other side of the island. The rental guy delivered the car to our condo. Veronica’s cooking is great! There aren’t enough adjectives to describe how delicious and flavorful our meal was! She and her helper cooked it in the condo which was a very special treat. Yes, we plan to rent this condo again for special family gatherings and for a respite from the cold weather. The wrap around patio provided a wonderful setting for all to watch the beautiful sunsets!

I am at a loss of how to fully explain how wonderful this location is. My words will never do it justice. From the attentive responses from Mike to the amazing cooking and cleaning by Jazmin, this place is worth every penny. Your 3 full bedrooms and 4 bathrooms are enough for our entire family. And the view... sigh. It's amazing. The snorkeling in the area is amazing and the grounds are kept up by attentive Costa staff. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you for having us.
