Find beach rentals near Grand Turk Lighthouse

Stayed at house with family of 6 adults and a baby. Communication with Anita excellent as always, even with a very late flight coming in.The house has lots of space and amenities and a great fit for our family. We have stayed many times in the cottage, but the house was perfect for this visit. You cannot beat the beach front location a short walk to everything you need.!

We loved the location. It was so quiet and serene. Beautiful views. Well stocked kitchen. Bed super comfortable! Opening the windows allowed a beautiful cross breeze through the whole place which was so nice to sleep with at night. Lucy extremely timely and responsive to any questions. Perfect hosts and condo. Did not love Grand Turk itself; very limited food and grocery choices and quite pricey. Overall the people weren’t friendly….. the best beach we found was Governor Beach. The others were quite littered and disappointing. That being said- it was nice to be able to head home to the condo after a long day. Great little spot.

This was the perfect, out of the way but still so close, getaway location! The house was very well equipped with everything we could possibly want or need. Getting to it in the dark on the wrong side of the road with donkeys everywhere was an adventure but coming inside felt like home. Our routine was pretty chill for 10 days, We had morning coffee on the beach out front watching the waves and occasional donkey. After stocking up at the IGA we packed lunches and took our rental on an exploration of the island. Lots of hidden gems and wonderful people. Supper was either at the house or at Jack’s Shack, Sandbar or Cakeos Cafe. Movie and games while watching the sunset from the deck. Perfection. The whole purpose of our trip was to go whale watching with Deep Blue Charters with “our” humpback whales. It did not disappoint! Katharine & Kell know where to go and when. We also went out with Jimmy of Wet Money Enterprises snorkeling and swimming with the sting rays. The snorkelling from shore at every beach was a lot of fun too. I had to work during our vacation so stable fast internet was a must. Comfy beds, amble towels and a washer/dryer added to the experience of home away from home. For those seeking a serene beach retreat, Ed and Faith-Anne's accommodation stands out as an unparalleled choice. The cozy upstairs studio apartment provided everything we needed, and the complementary golf cart added a delightful touch, especially since we preferred dining out. Each day, we savored the tranquility of the secluded beach, just a mere 100 meters from our doorstep, where we could easily set up the provided folding chairs beneath the shade of a nearby tree. Stretching for almost a mile in both directions, the beach remained blissfully unpopulated, offering us a private slice of paradise. The island's minimal traffic further enhanced our peaceful experience, and even the occasional barking dogs at night failed to disrupt our contentment.

Quiet……beautiful view….interesting surroundings…..simple vacation stay most appreciated

An amazing property in a fantastic location. House is modern, clean and comfortable. Beds and sofa are super comfy. Property is right on the beach and shell hunting was incredible. We felt safe at all hours and it was nice to see security and police patrol nonetheless. Another nice touch was having some of the basics waiting for us upon our arrival so we didn't have to run out and grab groceries right away. A/C was fantastic and kept the house at consistent temperatures regardless of outside temps. We will definitely be back!

The property and location were so relaxing. Beautiful private beach excellent snorkelling.

It was the best Caribbean holiday ever. If you enjoy beautiful sunsets, gorgeous beaches, friendly and helpful locals, wonderful temperatures with trade winds, this is the place to visit. A couple of things which might need improvement: new shower head - water came out as a spray and you could not adjust the head. The screen doors should be adjusted so that they close well and the screens should be changed. These could be aggravating if staying for longer periods We arrived early in the morning and were very thankful for the few things available to us for breakfast. We will be returning and will definitely rent a golf cart next time. Please visit the lighthouse - the view is magnificent. Go to the Sand Bar for great music on Friday nights. The ambiance is fantastic and the food excellent and reasonably priced. Maria - Ottawa, Canada
