We loved it. Great location, walking distance to Charlena's pizza and to the tide pools! Need to update the BBQ grill for next season.

We enjoyed it very much, only thing could have wished for was to have a bathroom on the same level. Beautifully laid out. The house and yard is long and narrow, but well contained, designed and well equipped. Great to have all that private space in the backyard, as well as a washing machine, laundry room outside. Very lovely.

Another great stay at Herminio’s place. Herminio is an excellent host and the place is spotless. We love it here!

At our arrival we had a basket of goods… cheese, fruits, crackers, jam… a bottle of wine and it was very appreciated. Walking distance to Ponta Delgada, restaurants and markets. There was a natural pool just in font and a beautifl view. The only bother was the matress which curved in the middle.

Our family had a six night stay at Rene’s terrace condo! Great location and amenities. Could have been better stocked with supplies as we had to purchase toilet paper, hand soap, garbage bags, and there were limited linens. Overall great stay and so nice to have a parking spot with all the cars at the aqua centre. René was very accommodating and quick to respond!

Jose was quick to respond to our questions. The view is amazing ! The villa has everything you need. Plenty of room for the five of us! There are three balconies. We have no complaints. I highly recommend staying at this villa. Sao Miguel is breathtaking. Thanks for the memories
