Stayed at this property with 2 other couples (6 total). Everything about the house was as advertised. Plenty of space for all. We had everything we needed. The community/neighborhood is what really makes this place special. It’s 2 blocks from the river. Everyone there rides around in golf carts. Seems like every house is a vacation home. Just a really nice area to be in. We were going to a co very at the gorge. It was less than 10 minutes away and very easy to get to and from. Overall. Highly recommend for a weekend away or convenient location for a concert.

We had an amazing stay in Sunland Estates. The house is beautiful, clean, and fully stocked with everything you need to have a great time. Lovely and responsive hosts. We left a backpack at the house and they packed it up and mailed it back to Canada for us. Look no further, this is the property you want to stay in!

We had the pleasure of staying in this gorgeous home for our weekend getaway at the gorge. With a large group it gets difficult finding accommodations but we were incredibly impressed by the cleanliness, hospitality, and overall experience at Sunland Estates. With all the amenities provided, we were able to enjoy our time not only at the music festival but while we were unwinding at the house as well. Perfect place for BBQs and fun summertime activities.
