Find rentals with hot tubs near Stump Pass Beach State Park

This home was clean and the description is accurate. We have been staying in this area for 20+ years and the home had almost everything we needed and we like the location. The weather was very rainy which was unfortunate for us, but that is out of everyone’s control. We were glad we paid for the pool/spa heat. The park in the community is great for tennis and pickleball. We met some others to play a few games. We brought our own rackets. There are many great restaurants within a 15 min drive as well as several grocery stores. On sunny days we went to Boca Grande for the beach. It is our favourite one in the area. Many houses in this area have games rooms in the garage and that is the one thing I would suggest adding to this one. Ping pong and/or a pool table would be great. This property allowed us to bring our dog….we are very grateful for that. It is difficult to find nice homes that we can bring her to. The TVs are a bit of a challenge to figure out and some clear instructions would be helpful. We were told by the property manager when we arrived that there was supposed to be a laminated card for pool/Spa instructions but there was nothing. Luckily, my husband is a pool and spa service technician, so he was able to figure it out.The property manager was not terribly helpful in this regard and we would have never figured this system out if my husband didn’t know how to trouble shoot. Great clean place just like advertised, quiet area with nice view from the pool and the beach less than 10 mins away. We will be booking again in the future.

Fabulous house, pool, amenities. Fabulous hosts!!!

My husband and I stayed in this beautiful home for 16 nights. There were plenty of dishes, cutlery, glasses and cookware. And plenty of other things as well. The pool was warm and clean and the lani was very large with comfortable chairs. We ate outside many times. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. We walked every morning and found very friendly people. Era emailed me several times to make sure we were comfortable and if we needed anything. She is very friendly and kind. We had a nice surprise when we arrived. Era had left some treats to enjoy during our stay. Which we did very much. We highly recommend this beautiful home for your next vacation! Thank you Era we had a great time and if we come to this area again we will certainly book again. Donna

What a true treasure that Dick and Jill have here. Condo had everything- updated, clean and comfortable facing west on a quiet beach on Gasparilla Island. Assigned covered parking and separate storage locker with chairs, toys etc provided. We are fortunate to have found this listing and lucky that Dick and Jane choose to share their condo with others.
