My family and I had a wonderful time at Heather’s farm house. Super quiet, relaxing setting that everyone enjoyed. Lots of activities available including pickleball and some short hikes. I really enjoyed the large vinyl collection as well!

The Summerhouse was just as shown in the pictures . Absolutely beautiful, very comfortable and very quiet neighborhood. Southampton is such a nice little town. The walk along the beach is amazing. All in all a very restful time.

Tracey was an awesome host and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at her home. The gift basket was so appreciated and the commercial level coffee maker with locally sourced coffee was amazing! The home is so lovingly decorated and luxurious. Towels and linens were top quality. The location with the waterview sunsets was spectacular and the backyard garden and flowers were gorgeous. It was hard to decide which lovely spot to relax in! The large hot tub was a bonus. Loved the easy access to the waterfront hiking trail and the beaches. Altogether a great stay! Thanks, Tracey!!

We just returned from a wonderful sister weekend at this VRBO, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The property was immaculate and provided the perfect setting for our getaway From the moment we stepped in, we were impressed by how spotless everything was. It felt welcoming and well cared for . Some beds were firm and some were soft , we each found something to our liking . Linens and towels were provided which makes packing for a group so much easier. The kitchen was a highlight ! It was fully equipped with all the essentials, making It easy for us to cook together. We also loved the large dining table, which was perfect for our meals and game nights This VRBO was a perfect choice for our sister bonding time. We left feeling rejuvenated and can’t wait to return next year . Highly recommend!

A very short walk to a wonderful sandy beach that is just far enough away from the main beach to keep the crowds away. Cottage is as described and the hot tub is fantastic! We had a great week with no problems at all.
