Plenty of room for 10 people. Enjoyed the backyard and access to trails/river. Hosts were accommodating. Thank you for the stay.

The Spokane home was the best vacation rental home our family has ever used: well supplied, very well organized (all cupboards labelled in the kitchen for example), spotless, and only 10 minutes from downtown and the March Madness Regional Semis. Perfect for us, our 4 daughters, their 3 spouses and the 5 grandchildren. Future visitors, please don't abuse the generous supply and help keep this great property on the market.

This VRBO does all the little thing right. My favourite was all the light switches are labeled making easy to feel right at home. The location could not have been better safe, quiet and everything you need and could want to do with in a 10 min drive.

The house was very clean, new and modern. The beds weren’t the best in my opinion and the house location wasn’t in the best place. Too far from anything. I would stay here again for sure.

Well kept place ,peaceful surroundings ,close enough to town to run into Spokane, but far enough away to feel like you’re far away from the city

The house is in a beautiful location with a terrific valley view. There are huge windows and a lovely deck. The bedrooms are all spacious with plenty of room for everyone. After being on the road for nearly 2 days, it was wonderful to be able to unload and relax on the sectional in front of the large TV. I highly recommend this place.

This was one of the BEST vacations we've had! The tiny house was clean and perfectly ready for our arrival. We loved the nearness to the Little Spokane River, and to ability to enjoy a coffee right by the river and relax along with the scenery, the birds, and the calming atmosphere! The booking process, and the communication with the ownership was excellent. We highly recommend the tiny house for all types of travelers and vacationers! We look forward ourselves to returning this incredible spot!

Not many properties offer a fully AC home, salt water pool, hot tub, and private dock on a river where you can fish for such an affordable price. It's secluded enough from town and neighbors and close enough to get all your supplies. my family had an incredible week here - truly relaxed.
