We loved our stay in Alejandros condo, in Adora Tulum, so much! Alejandro was great at communicating how we would be checked-in upon arrival, it was very fast and easy. Adora is BEAUTIFUL! The combination of private plunge pool large communal pool breakfast/lunch restaurant Cenote on site for viewing can't be beat! Staying at Adora is so much better than staying in any of the big hotels. The staff here are so friendly, it felt very safe at all times, and Adora is tucked away from the business of the hotel district and Tulum city. We plan to come back next year! Love love love this place!!!

A rustic casita in the jungle. Totally off-grid so the amenities, although quite adequate for our needs, are indeed rustic, which is not necessarily a bad thing. The property is located about 15 kms from Tulum so a car is an absolute necessity. Casita Milagros is within easy reach of Chichen Itzá and the beach at Bahia Principe, both highly recommended day trips.Oh, and be prepared to interact, if you wish, the resident and very friendly pet coati, Pepe. There's so much to love about this property. The location was perfect: the beach; the proximity to shopping, restaurants & attractions (best to rent a car); the security & privacy! The house had everything & more than we needed: a pool, lots of water toys for both the ocean & the pool, a well-supplied kitchen, fresh drinking water, 4 spacious bedrooms with ensuites, & so many spaces to gather & play. We knew the property included service from grounds' staff & caretakers as well as security; however, we weren't prepared for such excellent care, especially from Pancho and Mercedes (an amazing cook, by the way)...such a bonus! Brittany, the property manager, was responsive and generous. You all have spoiled for us anything less. Many thanks for facilitating our once-in-a-lifetime experience!

The home is right on the beach, with all bedrooms facing the shore and bathrooms in all bedrooms. It is well stocked, from kitchenware to beach toys. It is very well maintained, and kept spotless by the property caretakers every day. The access road is bad, even by Mexican standards, so expect the 1km drive from the highway to take 10 minutes at very low speed. There are several options for dining within minutes walk, and caretaker staff can cook to order in the house for decent prices. This is one of the best beach houses we've stayed in. Great location, excellent caretaker team, very clean, and well supplied with anything you would need for the stay.

We had a nice time at Mi Casa del mar. The place was clean, quiet and employees always ensured security and maintenance. Nice comfortable bedrooms with plenty of space. Our children loved the swimming pool :) Of course, all travelers have been asking to keep the place quiet as much as possible. We did not have any problem respecting this with our kids. We personally prefer quiet places, and it makes sense everybody care about this when staying there. People who like to party and leave kids free to be loud can visit resorts, there are many around. We bought a one-day pass at Bahia Principe Grand Tulum which is just 10 minutes to drive from the condo and kids did like it. Many resorts in the area do offer day-pass and night-pass. My husband and I do not like much these places, so it has been a good vacation compromise for our family. Also, access to beaches form the condo is easy and quick with a car. Communications with the owners have also been clear, efficient and cordial. They provided many useful information about rules for the property, directions on how get there and things to do in the surrounding area. We truly appreciated this, it did help us feeling safer and planning better our trip (we do recommend Taverna and Turtle Bay Cafee restaurants. Great food and services). Like other travelers renting that place, we were in no way disappointed with our choice. Thanks to Hans and Joan for helping us to make our stay enjoyable.

The penthouse was fantastic, lots of room to move around, and wonderful views. Beds were comfortable and Akumal is a lovely seaside village.
