Great property, they thought of everything and the price was appropriate. It was also an interesting house built in the 1700s with a bunch of History to it. Good location near Concord. In the last couple of years I've stayed at 10 properties and this one is either number one or number two

First time ever staying in Concord NH and using Vrbo in general, and this was a great place to spend a weekend Sarah was a great host very responsive to messages before and during our stay. Apartment has everything you need for a weekend stay like a full size stove and fridge, had 2 air conditioners besides ceiling fans in the rooms and in the living room it had a smart TV and card games. Drove down with my full size pickup truck and parking was never a problem the entire weekend I was there. the apartment was within walking distance to the downtown main street in case you want to explore the city and not have to pay for parking. The welcome book that Sarah put together gave a lot of suggestions of things to do in and around Concord and happened to find a really nice restaurant because of it. If I ever happen to come to Concord again I would really consider renting the place again and I highly recommend this place to rent

We stayed here with our family and parents for a wonderful holiday exploring the area. The house was perfect, clean and everything you needed including a garden to pick fresh vegetables and herbs for our meals. This home is located on a beautiful property that is so peaceful. Even with very hot weather the house stayed cool and the upstairs room air conditioners worked great. We arrived late and the host had a few snacks waiting for us which the kids loved, so thoughtful. Just down the road is a cute little garden/farm with the best ice cream! We will definitely be back to rent this charming home! Thank you

Interesting basement suite in a rural area. Secluded and quiet with large yard. Unique design tastefully decorated with antique furniture and room dividers.comes equipped with everything needed for an extended stay. Owner attentive and personable. Would go back for another month.

Very nice cottage , tastefully done , everything for our stay was provided . We were out every day , and a pleasure to return to our temporary home . Thanks !!

Gary was polite, humorous and a pleasure to deal with. The room is spacious, very clean, and has all that you should need for a short or long stay. If you're staying in the summer there's a large deck and a pool as well. I had limited cell / internet service directly in the room but it was available. I really liked this location, I was driving to different communities across NH each day but I felt I was close to everything I wanted to see/do and I looked forward to coming back here each night. Quiet, clean, comfortable, good amenities, A/C as well. Great choice if you're looking to stay in the area.

Quite good. The plastic under mattress is awful. And the 2 small bed with cheap mattress are lousy. And the 2 bathroom is a joke. But it worked for us. Thanks
