We had an amazing stay here! The condo was exceptionally clean and had everything you need in it. The premises had so many options of things to do. Our host was fantastic. We will definitelu stay here again!!

Very nice spot. Very clean and a great ocean view from balcony. One thing - the balcony needs a power washing as there was a lot of bird poop on furniture and patio and what looks like remains of a pigeon nest. Still giving a 5 star as i didnt request balcony cleanuo but cleaned ut uo the best i coukd myself

My family loved being at this location, had fun like no other vacation. I can truly say they felt at home. The house was clean, well organized and very charming. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen functional and easy to use (plenty of space). They felt happy in this beautiful house and on the gorgeous beach. The proximity to the beach, 20 seconds to have our feet in the sand, was an absolute plus to the vacation, we were regularly on the beach even at night - and felt completely safe. The hosts were easily available, courteous and nice. The kids had so much fun there that we didn’t even go to Disney (45 minute drive from that location). Thank you for the stay! Well maintained. Quiet. On beach

The apartment was perfect in size and location for a couples beach/sun vacation. Beach access is steps away and the neighbourhood is safe and quiet. We particularly liked to sit on the veranda to read. The apartment was professionally cleaned to a high standard that even my mother would approve of.

My family of five had a great stay in unit 107. Check-in and out were easy and the unit was impeccably clean upon arrival. I was impressed with the communication with ‘Stay in Cocoa Beach.’ Kelsy actually brought us a blender within 15 minutes when I couldn’t find one in the unit. The location of the unit is perfect. It’s two units over from the pool so it’s quick to get to, but just far enough away that you don’t hear any noise from the pool. The walk to the beach is also very close and there is a grass area off of the porch that my kids loved to play in. The complex has a wonderful property manager who was very kind and helpful when I was locating a package I got delivered. The complex also has a well maintained tennis court (with pickleball lines too) and a basketball court that we used daily. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! Thank you Stay in Cocoa Beach. We can’t wait to come again :)

We had a great week at Capewinds It was quiet, relaxing. , The unit was spotless, the beach literally at your doorstep, nice clean pool, close to shopping and eats, we will be back!
