We spent most of our time soaking in the scenery and enjoying the beautiful weather by the pool.It’s fully stocked with all the amenities needed for both small and large groups. One of the highlights of our stay was a private catered dinner on the patio—unforgettable views paired with a luxury dining experience made it feel five-star.Highly recommended for any getaway or vacation—you won't want to leave!

The infinity pool overlooking the valley is excellent. The unit was in a good location in the secure community, and there was clearly pride of ownership. The amenities (such as shared pool and movie theater are a bonus. Two thumbs up.

The place is stylish and beautiful with a wonderful view of Ocotal beach where we could watch the sunset from the balcony. There is a private path leading to a very very nice beach. I went there every day. Everything was well thought off for the comfort of the guests (coffee machine, Nutribullet, tv, beach chairs, towels, WiFi and more). Very safe place with a gate for access to the grounds which are tropical and beautifully maintained with several pools. There was a detailed booklet with suggestions of where to visit, where to shop, etc. Donna is a great owner with sensitivity and great taste which shows in the condo and the way she treats her guests. Loved the vacation. Pura Vida.

Villa Zarpe was the most spectacular villa , even more beautiful than the online photos . House staff , Carlos , Erika and Nelson went above and beyond for us . Absolutely loved we can’t wait to return ! Tour guide Tomato was amazing .

We absolutely loved this home, close to amneties yet tucked in just perfectly to give you a feel of peace in the hills. The home and outside property were both well equipped, nothing missing whether needing a wine opener to a floatie for the pool. Let’s not forget about the amazing coffee machine with fresh beans, they also included a bag of beans on the house. I would highly recommend this property and look forward to going back.

The view is absolutely spectacular! The dipping pool and patio was beautiful. The space is so great. Only flaw is the mattress desperately need to be changed. Don't use the grocery service, its super convenient but very expensive. Stop at walmart in Liberia and pick up your own groceries. Highly recommend!
