We've been lucky to travel around the USA, Canada and Europe typically as a group and the 6 of us all ranted about how great this accommodation was. It was clean, full of thoughtful amenities, easy check in/check out practices and Eric was fantastic at getting back to us! Clean, roomy, well-equipped.

Tad’s property offers a unique blend of tranquility and convenience for exploring Bryce Canyon and the scenic Highway 12. Located just 15 miles from Bryce Canyon National Park it provided easy access to the park's stunning landscapes while allowing us to enjoy a quieter, less crowded home-base. Additionally, it’s right off Highway 12, one of America's most picturesque drives (seriously – the drive from Panguitch to Highway 24 is stunning, and Joe’s on mainstreet Panguitch is a great spot to re-supply), which makes it an ideal starting point for exploring the area's diverse natural beauty. The property is well appointed and very clean. Everything was very easy to find. We were able to charge our Hybrid rental with easy access to an external 20 amp outlet. This was a great spot, definitely one of our favourites on our 2 week trip through Colorado, Utah, Arizona and Navada...

Stayed while we toured Bryce Canyon. Location was great and worked well for us. The place was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed a deer and birds during our visit. That and the maps with locations of guests was fun too.

The bunkhouse was the perfect slice of staying in a quieter part of southern Utah - the renovation of this historic building was well done, and arriving after dusk to the soft glow of the warmed-up kitchen and bedroom was the perfect end to the day. Bed was comfortable, TV/technology great, functional kitchenette. Lots of nice little touches - it was a great place to stay for exploring Bryce/Grand Staircase and heartily recommend it!
