Very well maintained property located on the water in South River . Very closely located to Clarke's Beach and North River .

Absolutely amazing! Host went above and beyond with added touches of homemade bread, cinnamon buns, treats and decor for our anniversary. The home was so cottage chic, we loved it.

Wonderful accommodation! Beautiful spot with great views from sunny decks- lovely decor with comfortable furniture- beds- pillows- linens. Kitchen very well equipped with lots of glasses etc. House spotlessly clean- lots of towels- great washing machine! Everything was wonderful and we would highly recommend it- Joshua was extremely helpful- very impressed with his communication 10 out of 10 for all- must try the Dildo Brewing Co.- nice bright pub with superb staff

Everything you could need, within walking distance, for a comfortable stay in a charming community. The home its self is a good layout and stocked with the essentials.

Where do we start. This boathouse has everything you would ever need or what. The water view was breath taking. Brenda decorated the place so nice. Just beautiful.Rod and Brenda who own the boathouse were so friendly and helpful. You don't want to miss this place to stay. Two families were quite comfortable at this beautiful property. A short walk into town was convenient and the views were spectacular!
