Also would highly recommend taking advantage of the offer to purchase Warrington Farms Meat - meat was also out of this world good! Amanda has fantastic communication and is a great host. What a fantastic place to use as your home base while you explore Gettysburg and the surrounding area. The house is situated in the country, a short drive to Gettysburg along some beautifully winding roads. Its location is quiet and peaceful, the perfect place to unwind after a day of touring. We spent a lot of time hanging out on the front porch, enjoying the scenery and calmness. Inside, the house is fully renovated and modern with an awesome kitchen and dining room, big bathrooms (love the barn door on the main-floor bathroom), a spacious and comfy living room and three good-sized bedrooms. Communication with the owners was first-rate from the outset and arriving and leaving was effortless. If you don't mind a short drive into town, I couldn't imagine a better place to stay, short-term or long-term.
