The home provided for all our vacation needs. The pool was just steps from the back door and the grounds were fantastic. You need to access your own TV streaming services. Great to have the filtered water system. Although we are walkers, stores may be somewhat further for some (at least 15-20 minutes at minimum) but taxis were always available.The kitchen was fully equipped and the house had an excellent BBQ. We went to The Reef Club using the passes provided. John and Chema were always available yo answer our questions. Playacar was extremely safe.

We celebrated Christmas and New Years at this casa. We were 6 adults and 1 infant. Great place for a family. Plenty of room to host a large group. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes and small appliances. The house manager, Reuben, was available to our group whenever we needed him. All went well and I would highly recommend this casa for your family.

Very nice condo in a great location. Playacar Phase 1 is a quaint and quiet area on a beautiful beach. It’s a pleasant walk to town, but taxis are easy to get as well. The photos provided are accurate. We enjoyed our stay and will return.

My husband, kids and friends with 2 kids recently had the pleasure of staying for a week at this beautiful residence. The location is excellent, close to everything (minutes to the beach and a short walk to town) but the area is quiet and well kept. The house is beautiful, has recently been renovated with a real attention to detail. The concierge was friendly, responsive and very helpful. Frequent housekeeping, the gorgeous rooftop terrace and the added services (organized our shuttle, stocked the fridge, meal service and babysitting) made the stay luxurious. We stayed at this property from January 24 - Feb 10, 2024. The thought and consideration for guests in this home was amazing, we have stayed in many VRBO units and this was by far the best. The house staff were amazing, always there to answer questions and assist where needed, the host was very responsive and fun, she gave us amazing insights about the area. The house seemed to have everything we needed and beyond, the location was perfect, close to the beach and also close to 5th avenue, but very quiet at night, loved loved, loved this property and feeling grateful to have stayed here. We were having a celebration with family and friends for our retirement and this property was an wonderful place to do it! So much fun, thank you, thank you thank you!

We were extremely pleased with the whole experience. Our hosts were just amazing. They were very welcoming and helpful with all our questions. Skip, the owners father was a highlight for us . He was so attentive to details and even made us some popcorn when he noticed my wife and I watching a movie in the common area near the pool. I am a bit of a wildlife photographer so I enjoyed being off the beat and path of the city center. If you like a quiet spot and enjoy seeing a bit of wildlife like monkeys, beautiful eguanas and colorful birds, this is the place for you. There are no restaurants in the area so you need to plan accordingly. We would gladly return to this property in the future and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet spot amongst fabulous hosts.
