We loved the historic house and the very vibrant neighbourhood. And the independent spaces for two adults. It was walkable to theatre, shops, and the American Independence historic areas. The host had good recommendations for restaurants etc. We knew the stairs were steep. They did have good railings and treads. Speaking as a senior, I would suggest safety bars in the bathroom with the tub and non-slip bathmats.

Fantastic home located in a beautiful historical neighborhood. Area was extremely walkable and friendly. Within walking distance of Liberty Bell and Independence Hall. Duane was an amazing host, extremely responsive and friendly. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay over the long weekend. Everything was absolutely perfect. We wish we could have stayed longer. Beth is a great host!
