The property was better than we anticipated. It was spotless and had everything we could have wanted. The hosts were the nicest people we have met in a long time, they greeted us at the door, and were there when we left. The location of the unit was excellent, close enough to the beach to be able to walk there, far enough away to not hear the music from the nearby Coco Beach Club. Our hosts, Moune and Dominic, were the best hosts for us. Moune was able to make a reservation at a great restaurant in Grand Case, which was perfect. They also had recommendations for a snorkeling trip, which we ended up not taking. We highly recommend this unit!

Not only did he provide reliable transportation, but he also gave us a fantastic island tour, took us for groceries, and even ensured we had a great casino night. He was always there when we needed him—friendly, knowledgeable, and a true highlight of our trip.Groceries & Beach: The grocery store was conveniently close, making it easy to stock up. BEACH : was serene and beautiful, and we explored nearby beaches as well—each offering a breathtaking experience. The water was like a dream! Faclities: From the moment we walked in, we were blown away. The space was even bigger than the photos suggested, impeccably clean, and fully equipped. We cooked three meals a day for six people and never lacked a single thing—it had everything and more!Housekeeping: Ranika, who took care of the towels and cleaning, was an angel. She does her work with such care and precision, making our stay even more comfortable.This home was perfect—well-situated, beautifully maintained, and an absolute dream to stay in!!!

Beautiful property that is exactly as described in the listing. Sparkling clean, incredible views, and equipped with everything you need (and more). Our only complaint is that we wish we could have stayed longer!! Thank you for a memorable vacation.

My group of six had a great time in St. Martin. This property is definitely one to stay at. Kayaking to Pinel Island was easy and enjoyable. Communication with Nina, Melissa, and Kevin (Property Managers) was great. Thanks again to all of them!!

My wife and I stayed here for 6 nights. The view is fantastic with gorgeous sunsets. The pictures are exactly as shown. Communication is great. The unit is very clean and has adequate kitchen utensils etc to cook your own meals. There is a great restaurant right next to the pool and a couple others within walking distance closeby. Unfortunately they don't recommend that you swim in the lagoon but there are excellent beaches closeby and the pool is right there and very quiet. It is a gated community that looks a bit dated but we felt safe and wouldn't hesitate to come back. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

Wonderful property with all the comforts of home + more. The villa is exactly as pictured. Clean, cozy and comfortable. It had everything a family needs (fully equipped kitchen- spices/coffee/ tea, stocked bar, beach bag and towels, floaties, cooler, charging port and even a portable speaker). It is apparent that a lot of thought has been put in this property. Great, quiet location away from the hustle/bustle of the tourist areas, but still close to grocery stores and restaurants. Area felt safe- villa is gated and had security guards on premise in the evenings. Beach is quiet as well. As mentioned from other reviews, there were sea weeds, however, it was cleaned up every morning and my family still enjoyed our time in the beach/water. Highly recommended property and manager was a pleasure to communicate with. Thank you for having us Corrine. Also grateful for Victoria (house keeper) for taking care of us.
