The house and property are wonderful. We really loved Lierna, as it is much less crowded and curated than the more touristic cities around the lake. The house is in a large and beautiful garden and view is incredible. The patios were really great, and having a garage (we were with our baby) was very useful. The house is great,the rooms were perfect, the bathroom very big, the kitchen and dining room perfect for what we needed. Favio was very nice and answered all and any questions qe had. We highly recommend this property and would love to go back !

Our hosts Gina and Andreas were absolutely wonderful and extremely helpful. They couldn’t do enough to make us feel at home. The property is ideal (very clean, modern upgrades, and everything you need) and in a great location to explore the Lake Como area. Market for groceries and bars and restaurants are within a short walk. If you have a rental car like we did, the parking at the property was great, with Bellagio only a short 10 minute drive away. If you don’t there is a bus stop on the main road about a 2 minute walk from the apartment and the bus runs very frequently. In Bellagio we found ample free parking about a 15 Minute walk from ferry dock to take you all over the lake area. Lezzeno is a quiet escape from the tourist bustle of Bellagio and a great place to stay. Our only regret is that we wish we would have stayed longer to fully appreciate everything this area has to offer.

One is so overwhelmed by the beauty of the surroundings and the accommodations that you are deafened somewhat to his greeting remarks and wise suggestions. The place mimics the mountain as it hugs its side. You inevitably exercise by rising to the occasion The quietness of the area is only intercepted by the chirping of the birds. It sets the mood to contemplation, relaxation and appreciation. The rustic quality of the materials and artistry of the decor combine to render an indelible imprint of a glorious stay Like a fine wine, your stint shall become filled with new scents and intensity that guile you into never departing.
