Beautiful spacious villa with stunning views and great location. Thanos was an excellent host . Had a wonderful time .Would highly recommend it!!

We spent 10 wonderful days at this magical villa. Bucket list vacation with our kids and grandkids. Pictures cannot do justice to this amazing villa and the spectacular vistas. Marianthi was the exceptionally helpful with her knowledge of the area, the best beaches, restaurant, and sites. Despite an extreme heat wave we were always comfortable in the villa, by the pool or the numerus outdoor sitting areas. A bit of a hike to get to but otherwise paradise!

The house is exactly like the photos show. It is beautiful, plenty of space for multiple families. We were all very comfortable and never felt like we were intruding on any other family members. Really a great property. Communication with La Residenza was incredible. Responded to emails within 10min and answered every phone call. Any problems were solved immediately. Communication with the person connected to the property (the phone number that was given originally) wasn't great. If we contacted her we needed to follow up again before hearing back but, it didn't cause any real problems because La Residenza communication was great. The location is really great, very close to everything in Nauplio. To get to the house you go down a rough windy road but its really quick so its not a problem. The amenties were pretty good! The pool doesn't get cleaned unless you pay extra which I thought wasn't appropriate for the price we were paying. Some gym equipment didn't work and a yoga mat would have been beneficial. Very minimal pots and pans for cooking. It also would have been nice to have a few more blankets and linens. That being said none of those things above caused any real inconvience and we really loved our time there! We would 100% go back and we would definietly recommend it! This house is a beautiful as advertised. Loved all the amazing landscaping touches, and the pool was wonderful.
